It also boasts a perfect location next to the Moraira Tennis and Paddle Tennis Club, in a quiet area of ​​upscale villas, and just 3 km from the fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of El Portet and L'Ampolla. The whole property has air-conditioning with the option of hot or cold air conditioning and internet. The exterior of the property has a large private infinity pool with entrance via comfortable steps. Next to the pool there is a large covered terrace with outdoor dining table, an excellent barbecue area, outdoor kitchen, relaxation area with outdoor sofas and a sunbathing area with sunbeds. The fully fenced garden has a large garden area with natural grass and palm trees. The garden is ideal for children's games.
