The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed while the additional half bedroom has a twin size bunk bed, perfect for children. Enjoy complimentary access to the pool and hot tubs at the nearby Sundance Swim and Tennis Club. You'll love unwinding after a day on the slopes or hiking trails. \*Per the HOA rules, guests are not allowed to use the wood-burning stove. \*Complimentary access to the two hot tubs and pool at Sundance Swim and Tennis Club. Sundance is open Memorial Day through early-October and late-November through early April. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning, as central AC is still an uncommon property feature throughout Jackson Hole. Fortunately, due to our elevation and mountain climate, we find indoor temperatures can be regulated by following procedures detailed in the guest portal provided upon booking. Please note that the National Parks Service has construction planned for Moose-Wilson Road, affecting the closest entrance to Grand Teton Park, the Granite Canyon Entrance. We have outlined the closures they anticipate below: Through late July: open from 7 pm Friday to 7 am Monday, or the day after a federal holiday at 7 am. Late July through the remainder of the summer: open seven days a week with possible 20-minute delays. During the specified closures, access to the park is fortunately still possible through the main entrance in Moose. Close enough to the pool that we were able to walk. We saw a moose grazing on a tree just a block away from our unit which was a welcomed surprise. There is no a/c in this unit however with the windows open there’s a lovely cross breeze that cools things down for the most part. Only down side to that, the foot traffic is magnified and it can get quite loud as guests are making their way all hours of the night. If you’re a light sleeper, this can be a bit frustrating. Great location in Jackson Hole, walk to pool, short drive to the Tetons. About 20 min to town of Jackson. The king bed was comfortable. The only issue we had is that the top bunk bed in the small room did not have any type of rail on it and the mattress was higher than the frame. Neither of our kids felt comfortable on it. So one had to sleep on the pull out couch, which was nice to have, but that was very uncomfortable. It slanted in the wrong direction. So just something to be aware of if you have more than 3 people.
