### Bray House Ski-In Ski-Out Family Home

Summary:  
  
The Bray House is a classic, two-level, mountain home tucked away at the end of a private wooded cul-de-sac in Teton Village, offering guests a great location in either winter or summer. There is a large deck with lots of opportunity to enjoy the Jackson Hole fresh air! Winter guests will appreciate the heated boot room with benches and boot dryers before taking advantage of the ski-on/ski-off access available when conditions allow operation of the Moose Creek Chairlift.  
  
The Space:  
  
This description is for Bray House.   
  
We have an amazing cabin on site that can sleep 2 people in luxury.   
  
If you need (or want) a bit more space and privacy, please search for our other listing Bray House and Cabin.

The front door of the Bray House leads into a sizable entry area with plenty of closet space.   
  
There is a large, well-equipped kitchen featuring a sunny breakfast nook that seats 6, and a convenient pass-through window into the dining area.   
  
The dining room table easily accommodates 10 people. The spacious living room offers stunning views of Sleeping Indian Mountain from oversized picture windows. The north wall is constructed entirely of rock and contains a large wood-burning fireplace. A flat screen television, DVD, and stereo make this a very comfortable room to relax in after a day on the slopes.   
  
Management provides all guests with access to free wireless internet, expanded basic cable packages and free local calling as part of their rental rate.   
  
Adjacent to both the living room and kitchen is an over-sized outdoor deck.   
  
A picnic table, built-in seating, deck furniture and a 6-person Jacuzzi make this a great outdoor space.   
  
A large BBQ grill is also located on the deck, providing the perfect opportunity to create your own western BBQ In Wyoming.  
  
On the main level of the Bray House there is a king bedroom with a full bath.   
  
The stairway leads down into a roomy den area. Once the privacy screen is drawn, it doubles as a 5th bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV.   
  
The king master bedroom is to the left and has an en-suite bath and fireplace.   
  
On the other side of the den space is one Twin bedroom.   
  
Down the long hallway is the second Twin bedroom with extra long twins.   
  
Each of these rooms have private bathrooms with walk-in showers.   
  
All the bathrooms have been renovated with natural stone tiles.   
  
Additional storage and laundry facilities are in the hall between the twin bedrooms.   
  
No pets are allowed without prior approval.  
  
Children are welcome and the space is perfect for families.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
You will have access through a touchpad code that you will be given the day before your arrival.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Bray house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by woods to the North and South and other high end homes on large blocks to the east and west.   
  
You can ski in and ski out, walk to Teton Village (10 minutes) and you will not be disturbed by neighbours or parties and other guests.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
You can ski in and ski out (before 2:30pm as Moose Creek Chairlift closes at 2:30 pm)  
  
Otherwise you can walk to the village or drive and park your cars at the house.   
  
There is also a free village shuttle that operates about every 15-30 minutes from 7:00am - 11:00pm in the winter.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Bray house is a family home that we have loved and lived in for over 40 years. It is comfortable, reliable, has a good design and will make any group feel at home and relaxed.   
  
It is not a mega mansion with the highest end appliances or designer switches.   
  
We welcome any guests that can live without their Wolf Fridges and smart ovens for a while and can love the house for what it is.

Lindsay - our wonderful manager, lives very close by and can be around to help with any emergencies and to have a chat when you arrive.

#### Fantastic Ski House for Family & Friends

We had an amazing stay at this ski house! It was the perfect size to accommodate our family and friends, with the extra cabin providing great additional space. The location was unbeatable—we loved the true ski-in/ski-out access and the short distance to Teton Village. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals after long days on the slopes. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind in the evenings. Overall, we had a wonderful week and would absolutely stay here again.

#### Just a terrific property with everything you could ask for at Jackson Hole Resort.

We recently stayed at the bray house for a 5 day ski trip at Jackson Hole. This is my third trip to Jackson and I have stayed in condo, another house and then just recently the Bray House. This is by far the best of the three. The house has everything a ski trip could need and more. A 10 yard walk off the back deck right to the slopes. An easy ski trip back on 'Way home' right to the house or a more challenging one through the 'Hobacks' for those up to it. The dedicated ski room makes it so easy to drop, store and dry equipment at the end of the day ready for the next morning. An easy 10 min walk right to the center of Jackson hole resort (tram) for evening events. Plenty of room to relax, hang out, cook and sleep space. The house design, decor and amenities are exactly what you want when searching for a ski vacation and I am sure it is also ideal for any season. The views in the morning of the mountains with a cup of coffee and the view from the hot tub after amazing and exhausting hours on the mountain are incredible. It feels like you are in a true home and a very lucky house guest. Couldn't have been more impressed. The communication and preparation was top notch and other than food/drinks, we didn't need anything else. Thank you to the entire Bray House team!

#### Lots of bathrooms, lots of bedrooms, lots of space

We loved being there. My only small complaint was the organization of the kitchen drawers. Some of the pots and pans weren't as clean as I'd like. A bit of oil residue, not scrubbed as I would do. I can give it a quick rinse with dish soap, and voila, I'm happy! Which I did. The positives are so numerous. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. That's privacy! The upstairs, where you enter the front door is all the living area: Dining room to fit 10+, plus a breakfast area that will seat 6 easily, which is adjacent to the kitchen. Both very convenient. Spacious kitchen with an island that is a huge cutting board and other cutting boards on top for the sous chefs. Plenty of cutlery and silverware. One bedroom upstairs, which is private from the living area with an ante room to bathroom, which makes it two doors to block noise. Downstairs were four bedrooms, one of which is a massive master room with bed, couch/sitting area. Downstairs also had separate small TV room. With 6 adults and 2 children, we did a fair amount of laundry. Washer, dryer and supplies we great. Plenty of spare towels as you'd like to get a fresh set and wash the used ones. PILLOWS WERE PHENOMENAL. Great room (dining & living) had a fireplace with plenty of seasoned wood, and a bar-like space with cupboards with lots of games and puzzles. Walk to Teton Village was maybe 1/2-3/4 mile?, and with little ones, we used the car a lot. Overall, perfect for our needs! Would recommend to a friend!

#### Perfect home base

We stayed at Bray House for five nights and it was amazing. Close to a bunch of activities in the village and only twenty minutes from Jackson. Great property! The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of ten adults! Also, the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day after horseback riding, hiking and an evening at the rodeo! Drew was awesome to work with and got right back to me when I had a question! Highly recommend!

The house was terrific, accommodating our group of 10 adults with ease. It had everything we needed for cooking and entertainment. The hot tub was great and helped sooth a few sore bodies from hiking. The location is fabulous, with easy drives to the Grand Tetons park and into Jackson for dinner, although Teton Village provided a number of good restaurants as well. We had great communications with our host, and arrival / departure was a breeze. The family room was my personal favorite - it has three big couches so our whole group could gather together in the evening for games and conversation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bray House and I would highly recommend it.
