Location is amazing, very isolated (we were happy to get the pick up and drop off, as we don't travel by car). İt snowed over night and we had a nice walk to the lake and lakeside onsen - magical. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of different Japanese breakfast items with view to the snowy forest. However, we couldn't help feeling that our stay was a bit of an inconvenience to the host family, which was not really about language problem. This was the first time we have experienced that in Japan...

Surpirse tourist tax on arrival. They assumed because we were of western orgin that we would only want breads for breakfast. They offered thr rest of their guests a Japanese breakfast (which we would have loved). The website didnt state they had cats. I am very allergic so it made for an uncomfortable stay.

Die Zimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock ohne Lift und das gemischte WC ist im unteren Stockwerk. In der Nacht aufs WC zu müssen ist eine kleine Weltreise. Für das ganze Haus gibt es nur 2 Damen-WCs und eines der beiden Waschbecken war defekt. Es gibt keine klassischen Duschen, nur ein geschlechtergetrenntes Onsen. Glücklicherweise gab es auf dem Zimmer wenigstens ein eigenes Waschbecken, denn sonst hätte man quasi kein funktionierendes Badezimmer gehabt. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Bettwäsche roch komisch und es war nicht sauber, unter dem Bett flogen dicke Staubflocken hervor und eine alte Socke lag am Boden. Die Betten waren unbequem und das Zimmer so klein, dass man die Koffer nicht mal ungeöffnet hinstellen konnte. Das Frühstück bestand aus sehr wenig Auswahl und wurde nicht ausreichend nachgefüllt. Im Haus waren viele Menschen und der Gemeinschaftsraum durch die hohen Decken sehr laut, weshalb es auch spät abends und früh morgens sehr laut war. Wir hatten keinen guten Aufenthalt und finden den Preis viel zu hoch für diesen Standard. Wir hatten viele tolle Unterkünfte auf unserer Hokkaido-Rundreise mit weit besseren Preisen.

こだわりある夕食、つまみで頼んだエゾ鹿の燻製、ヘルシーな朝食など、食事も是非施設でたべることをお勧めします。お風呂も掛け流しの温泉でお得感あります。同室で出会った人たちとの楽しいひととき、明るく親切なスタッフ、かわいい猫たちもいて良い思い出となりました。ありがとうございました。

屈斜路湖、釧路湿原、摩周湖の観光拠点に選びました。結果、大満足です。4人部屋にひとり宿泊となり、広々と使わせていただきました。食事なしにしましたが、次回は食事を申し込みたいと思います。猫ちゃんもとても愛らしく、オーナーさんも優しいです。ありがとうございました。おすすめです。

호스트도 직원분도 너무 친절하셨어요. 공간도 깨끗하고 많은 숙박객들이 식사하시는데, 저는 일정 때문에 식사 못해봤네요. 구시로 여행의 너무 좋은 숙박지였습니다. 굿샤로호, 마슈호도 가깝고 새벽 일출, 저녁 일몰 볼 때 접근성이 너무 좋았습니다.

Un rapport qualité prix intéressant. Une construction originale. Malheureusement l'entretien laisse à désirer et plus de propreté serait nécessaire. Dommage il suffirait de peu pour faire de ce lieu une étape très bien. Bon repas.
