Located in Tertenia, in the prestigious Residence Abba Urci, this charming 71 m² villa can accommodate up to 5 guests. You will find 2 double bedrooms and 1 small bedroom with 1 or 2 single beds, ideal for children, as well as 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, basic dishes and linens. Additional comforts include air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, baby cot, and a workstation with step-free access inside.  
  
  
  
Outside, you can enjoy a private garden and a covered terrace with splendid views of the sea and mountains. The outdoor pool, shared with two other apartments, offers breathtaking sea views, and there is also an outdoor shower. With your private barbecue, you can cook while admiring the scenery. The residence offers a tennis court, beach volleyball, and five-a-side football, all included.

The villa is just a 5-minute walk from the cliffs and a 10-minute walk from Foxi Manna beach, known for its fine sand. By car, the beach can be reached in a few minutes and offers ample free parking.
