Although there’s a lot of hidden fees, we enjoyed the Niagara Falls. Everything is walkable. I like the escort that they provide since we have a couple of underage boys. We don’t have to walk around the building to get to the Falls. On our third day, I had to asked the cleaning lady who is already on our floor cleaning the other room and pointed me to talk to the other lady. Then second lady then told me to talk to the receptionist downstairs. My point is, If they want a-5-star from me those ladies could’ve done beyond their responsibilities.

The property was awesome and Ally was very accommodating, professional and friendly. She was able to accommodate a freezer that stopped working in less than an hour! Will definitely stay here again!!
