"Overall it was nice for 2 nights. Staff was cool. Beds are not super comfortable but we had a nice place to sleep while we toured the town. Florence is amazing. Use elevator to the 3rd floor to check in steps are hard with bag be ready to workout. Much appreciated for all the service. No car needed. Google Maps took us about 10 doors down too far when we first got in the town."
