This hotel has been a feature of Terrace for years and was always looked at at the hotel. Unfortunately with growth in the area especially LNG related there was a major growth in new hotel construction. So level of finish / new features beats the hotel. I am a BW members and try to stay at BW hotels. The price was spot on vs. the other hotels. If the prices had all been the same the choice may have been different.

Heat was too loud and n heat I slept with my coat and hat on it was so cold I told the staff before sleeping they came and checked but it was so loud I turned it off overal and it was so cold

For a small town this hotel was amazing. It was spotless. The staff all polite and helpful. I will definitely be returning to stay again

Only issues for me were no AC in the room because they were in the middle on renovations, and the water in the shower did not drain very well. However, all the staff was very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was good.
