Exactly! as it is clearly written on all our sales portals we are present in the structure during the mornings and then on call. Check-ins can take place at any time, from afternoon to night, through an easy and fast self check-in

This is a guest house steps away from termini station. We choose it to stay the day before leaving Rome for its proximity to the Leonardo Fiumicino. Its clean an cozy. No ammenities, just bed and shower. Good for our purpose. Termini station is very busy. Dining is available at good prices.

Clean, convenient but no water pressure
My stay was a short 1-night layover and the room was sufficient for that purpose. The biggest issue was the lack of water pressure in the shower which made showering rather difficult and time consuming.

The proximity to Roma Termini makes this a convenient location to get to the attractions. Room is clean and more spacious than we had expected. It would have been nice to have a rack or hooks where we can hang our damp towels especially since they are changed only every three days.

Overall the room was great. Location was excellent in relation to the train. The hop on hop off bus was also located just around the corner. It also probably only took 20 minutes to walk to most attractions.

Convenient to take the train.
The place is perfect if you are taking the train. It is really closed. My niece and I walked around 6 am and felt safe because there were more people going to the station. It is also closed to Santa Maria Maggiore.

Not a great experience
When I got there, there was no one to check me in I had to called them to check me in they told me no one will be there till 7 but they did let me put my suitcase in I came back and still no one was come I had to call them agin they give me the room told me the lady will check me in the morning The room was smelled funny the ac didn’t work was broken The room was way to close to the other room you can hear other ppl Location is good close to the train station Make sure u have a phone to call them other wise you are be waiting outside and no one will open or check you in

La nostra è una Guest House, non un Hotel, quindi è normale, e soprattutto è scritto sulla descrizione della struttura, che la nostra reception è aperta dalle 14 alle 21. In ogni caso durante la mattina, dalle 8 alle 14, c'è una ragazza che accoglie gli ospiti che vogliono lasciare i bagagli prima di fare il check-in. SOLO la notte (dalle 21 alle 8) non c'è il personale presente, ma per ogni esigenza siamo contattabili telefonicamente e pronti a venire in caso di necessità. Ci dispiace che non ti sei trovato bene da noi, ma questo non giustifica lo scrivere e dare notizie false ad altri potenziali clienti.

Close to the Termini and cab pick up line very close. Place was very clean and staff was great at being there at check in and making the process go smoothly. Not close to main downtown if that is what you are looking for but worked perfectly for sure for one night.

Great place.
We had a great room that had been recently renovated and was very clean. The people were friendly and let us leave our bags before check in. It is only two blocks from the side entrance of the train station and there were 3 restaurants a block away. The WiFi was easily hooked up.

I stayed here for one night and really loved the great location. Check in was super quick and she was very friendly. Amazing location as well! The streets at night, however, were very loud (no fault of the propoerty).

Nice quick stay near Termini
Easy check-in. Paid the 3.50€ tax in cash. Room was up a floor in a normal Rome apartment building. My room was one of 3 or 4 rooms in the unit. I never saw other guests. I had a nice, larger than standard Italian shower (normally they are VERY cramped). Bedding, bed, towels were all satisfactory. No noticeable noises. It was a quick overnight stay before departing Italy and I was pleased.

Michael was nice. The b&b was around the corner from the buses to take you to and from the airport and the taxi's were available there too. It was walking distance to different restaurants. Im going to make a trip to Rome and I will stay here again.

Good stayed closed to Termini
The thing I loved was the confortable bed for the 3 days I stayed. Everything was always clean, good wifi, hot water and nice staff, the best of all... Termini was 3 minutes walking. Definitely I will return.

Was clean and tidy. Pople were friendly enough. beds where fold aways with poor quality mattress (foam). Needs some maintence work . overall for the cheap price well worth staying here, close to everything including rome termini. happy to recommend for budget conscious people

Let your guests know the house rules beforehand..
The hotel dose not permit ,according to its house rules presented to us After Check in ( not disclosed when we booked the room nor at any time prior to our arrival at Casa Vicenza!! ).Not being able to have fruit and salad in our room ,which we do when we travel , was not only interuptive to our diet but made our staying much more expensive.Had we been aware of the added expense and in convince we would have booked somwhere else!!

Good location and just what we needed
We stayed two nights and one full day in Rome and stayed at Casa Vicenza. Very helpful to us as we had a late check in. One has to look hard to find the place but it is just outside of the train station. Very pleased with our stay here.

The location is good, near the train station, just need a couple of minutes of walking. The host Clara and her helper Marco are nice. One day the Wi-Fi did not work but it can work on next day. Special thanks to Clara's neighborhood (sorry, I forgot his name), living on the 3rd floor to help open the toilet door. Overall experience is very good.

Great for Location
Overall I had a decent experience. However, one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the air conditioning which they wouldn't let me use (or a fan). Also, my itinerary said I had a free breakfast but I was I was denied that as well. Thankfully, I am not a breakfast person so it didn't bother me too much. Additionally, there is a door from the the common area that allows visitors to use the balcony attached to my room - if my window was open anyone could easily go in or see in my room. I noticed they would shut the common area door at night which was good because I had to have my window open because I was very warm. Overall, I was in Rome and was very happy and only came back to the hotel to sleep. The staff were extremely friendly which made me happy.

Great accomodation, reliable wifi!
Casa Vicenza is ideally located near the main train station and is a nice walk or quick taxi to most of Rome's sites. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room had all the basic necessities you would need to crash from all your exploration during the day. Best of all, the wifi was strong and reliable. We streamed an entire basketball game with no problem. Which is not always easy to find in budget accommodations. Thank you Casa Vicenza!

Close to Termini station, nice cosy room
Very close to Termini station and staffs were very kind and helpful. I arrived earlier than check-in time but they let me go in to leave my luggage at the room. Room was small but tidy and just enough for myself to sleep at the centre of Rome for 1 night trip. Breakfast was served by cafeteria near by, it was light simple breakfast (croissant, coffee, orange juice).
