"Situated 15mins walk from city centre, 10 mins from train station. Clean rooms, bedding ok (extra pillows and blankets in wardrobe). Friendly staff although we didn’t see them much. Kitchen facilities and common rooms (we didn’t use). Would definitely recommend and use again. Only downside was cost of coffee from the vending machines, bit expensive."

The listing is highly misleading, and the photos shown do not accurately represent the actual property or guest experience. The entrance is through a residential apartment-style building with trash bins at the entry, and the elevator accommodates only one person at a time, creating an uncomfortable first impression and an inconvenient stay. At a rate of $360 per night, this experience falls far below reasonable expectations. Visitors come to Italy expecting authenticity, hospitality, and professionalism. Misleading accommodations like this damage trust and create a disappointing impression for tourists."
