"Really really enjoyed my time here. This is a very clean, super friendly staffs, nice boutique hotel walking distance to everything: bus station, lake and grocery store. Best highlights were the smooth after-hour self check-in, breakfast (!!!), the 24/7 cappuccino machine small cold drink fridge at the entrance, and spacious balcony in my hotel room!! This stay made my trip really memorable and would absolutely book again next time. 🙏🙏🙏"

"I think it's the best value for money in Lugano, trains nearbyby are frequent but quieter than US. Bed was hard and I would suggest bringing your own pillow. Staff were ecellent and friendly and the breakfast was limited but fairly priced. It's a difficult uphill, upstair walk from the lake so be in shape. "
