Thank you for your review Miss Tracy. We were delighted to host you and since you are coming again we feel the obligation to clarify few of the things in the review. We are lucky to have multi language speaking staff, as a matter of fact just one of them speaks and writes perfectly well 5 languages. The one replying here is one of them. You are right that the cleaning staff servicing your suite only speak 2 languages each. But if you were to need anything of importance that the cleaning staff doesn't understand, we would have been at your request on the spot. Rok Plaza does not have a reception because it is not a hotel. We pioneered the new concept of "Boutique Suites" to save you on needless expenses. For example why raise your price and make you pay for 24 hour receptionists if at Rok Plaza we check you in directly in the comfort of your own room saving you the hassel of standing for your turn at the check-in desk! Or pay for a pool maintenance when the beach is 5 meters from the property door. Also why make you pay for a night handy man to change one of the 37 bulb-lights in your suite if that could be done in the morning! It is true we do not have signs advertising Rok Plaza because we rather not have solicitors or walk-in reservations. We prefer a more selective process to host great guests such as yourself. The entrance to the apartment is not "in the back", rather Rok Plaza has two facades facing two different streets: Calle La Plaza and Calle Blasco Ibañes. The address is on your reservation. Wether printed at home before the flight, coming in Taxi or rental car... Google brings you right at the door. We took advantage of this reply merely to help our future guests understand the concept of why they would have paid much more for a similar stander, would they have booked elsewhere. We look forward to hosting you again.

It is very simple to find but it is true that as of now we like to keep Rok Plaza at a certain standard, that we feel that putting a lit business sign is a lowering in standard. Dear Guest Thank you for your review. When you did the reservation you saw that the check in is till 9 pm since we do not have a 24 hour reception. After 9 we have to pay we have to pay our employees overtime to wait for guests. So we did not leave you unattended at your arrival. You also chose our property for the great relation quality / price. For any other high-end establishment in the area with a 24 hour reception and with this high quality, you would have had to pay 3 times as much per night for your accommodation. You also mentioned that you did not get the penthouse because there was another apartment above you... Sorry to say that above you on the roof there is nothing else but a room where the cleaning maids keep the sheets and towels and a commune sun terrace for guests to enjoy. Thank you again Rok team
