Great house and a great location
2 couples from Canada, stayed for a month. This was the perfect place for us. Outside Puerto de la Cruz however within walking distance. Local district had many places to eat and drink. Discount grocery was a short walk, butcher and fruit shops close by. Bus stop out front was nice for getting around. Solid charming working kitchen. Would love to return some day.

Great villa
My son and I had a great stay here - thank you Erica for being helping make our stay a very enjoyable one. The villa was well laid out and spotlessly clean. The beds are firm (a plus), there's a lovely small balcony seating area, and the pool was bigger than I had feared and just shallow enough to be able to stand on tip-toe if you're average height. The kitchen is pretty well equipped if you like cooking, and Lidl is a very short drive away. Within 100m, there are some good restaurants, mainstream bars and an excellent bakery. The only downside is that it's quite noisy, especially if you want to sleep late - you're directly above a carwash and petrol station, you get traffic noise from the main road and the bin men start before dawn. But it's a great base to explore the greener, less touristy northern end of the island, with pretty beaches, historic La Laguna, Mount Teide, a pretty butterfly sanctuary and botanical gardens at Icod, Loro Parque on the doorstep and so on. Overall, highly recommended!

A wonderful week
We had the most delightful stay, the house was perfect for our every need and Erica was so helpful with any questions leading up to our holiday and at check in. The bedrooms are a great size and plenty of seating both inside and out. Location is brilliant for easy local Amenities and a short drive to beaches and more restaurants. Great runs too from the house along high coastal paths with breathtaking views. Couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you!

Clean, well-kept house for six on wonderful Tenerife.
We had a great time at the pool and around the island. We cooked there often. For very hot days, air-conditioning could be better, but the house was very clean. A few items like t-paper, garbage bags, and coffee filters could be in better supply. The owner and greeter were very responsive and helpful.

Toscal Longuera is charming
Ideal location, typical Canarian property, lways colder in the house than outside. We did have a problem with the new pellet fire but the ownewr immediately tried to remedy that.

Great Old House
The property is set in a nice urban area, a few minutes walk, from shops, beach and restaurants. A main bus route is very close to hand and we found no reason to have a car. Taxi's very cheap never paid more than 7euros. A very quaint older house, good layout nice pool

Loved the property and the location.
Spacious with every facility that you need. Beautifully clean and in a great location. We had a wonderful Christmas day there (decorations appreciated! thanks) joined by our family who have a similar house in Calle Paraguay. Erica was really helpful.

The villa is very spacious and comfortable in a good location near Puerto de la Cruz. There are shops and restaurants nearby and buses that go to Puerto de la Cruz.

Unfortunately rather noisy place
The house is situated next to the main road trough the area and one side of the house (same) is adjacent a gas station with car wash where people all day long uses high pressure water to clean their cars. To the other side it was more quiet but as the terasse was to the noisy side it was not comfortable. The house is large and is well laid out but worn especially the kitchen though everything worked. The noise prevented us from relaxing but other people might not find that Important as it was fairly quiet late and in the night. Wish we had consulted Google street view as we normally do.

We had a perfect stay. Location very central to all places on the island. Thats what we did. It is in the middle of the city-noises. Sometimes really loud but never till very late. We were probably just as loud, playing in the perfect pool!! Very friendly owner and contactperson. Good contact and immediate solutions. When we come back to Tenerife for sure we will book this accomodation again.

Schöner Pool, gepflegter Garten, großzügiges , geräumiges Haus mit kanarischem Flair, gemütliche Küche - alles da, was man braucht! Waschmaschine und Trockner super! Betten sehr bequem, Holzboden knarrt behaglich, Peletkamin war leider defekt - Maria Eloisa hat uns einen elektrischen Radiator (und eine Flasche Wein) zum Wärmen gebracht :-) Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Ruhe gesucht, Lärm und Stress gefunden
Grundstück, sehr schön und gepflegt, und Räumlichkeiten der Villa sehr gut und wie versprochen. Leider ist die Lage alles andere als eine ruhige Wohn- gegend. Tankstelle mit Waschanlage direkt daneben (und läuft tgl ,auch an Feiertagen, von 6 - 22 Uhr), Grundstück direkt an der einzigen und vielbefahrenen Hauptstr. des Ortes (Linien- und Reisebusse, ein Eldorado für Biker) , Müllcontainer zu beiden Seiten des Hauses(auch für Glas), Kirche zur Vorderseite, die gut besucht wurde und Kirchvorplatz, der der Treffpunkt abends für die einheimischen Jugendlichen war. Leider war auch Pool nicht gut nutzbar, das Wasser war viel zu kalt. Und ab dem 21.12. bis zu unserem Auszug wurde die Hauptstr. über Lautsprecher mit Weihnachtsmusik beschallt!!!!! Schade, wir hatten Ruhe gebucht und leider alles andere bekommen.

Ihre Bewertung entspricht nicht unserem Angebot. Was von uns abhing, das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren in Ordnung. Die Geräusche vor dem Haus waren typisch für die Weihnachtsfeiertage, die hier mit Freude gefeiert werden.

Schöner Urlaub mit Freunden
Schönes Objekt, sehr gut für einen Familienausflug geeignet. Loro Parque zu Fuß erreichbar. Einzig störend waren einige Motorad-/Quadranten die mit vollem Motor mit 70-80 durch die Ortschaft Rasen, aber dafür kann ja die Vermieterin nichts.

Todo espectacular, ubicación casa la persona que nos recibió. Totalmente equipada, un lujo estar en la piscina. Si volvemos el año que viene no dudaremos de buscar esta misma estancia, aunque inicialmente tenia mis dudas fue realmente un acierto elegir esta estancia, muy muy contentos y sorprendidos gratamente. Gracias a Erica por recibirnos tan tarde, nos veremos de nuevo sin duda.

Belle maison
Jolie maison spacieuse, avec piscine privée et petit jardin. Les chambres et salles de bain sont très bien. A notre arrivée, tout était très propre et la personne en charge des arrivées sympathique et disponible tout au long du séjour, heureusement. Quelques points négatifs cependant. Le manque d'équipement ( très peu de couverts, manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, vétusté des poêles, du fer a repasser, de la machine a laver etc..) Absolument rien dans la maison pour commencer.. il y a généralement un minimum ( sel, poivre, condiments etc..) en tout cas ça a toujours été le cas pour nos nombreuses locations en Espagne. Cela dit, l'ambiance Covid explique peut-être que les propriétaires aient tout retiré. La situation ( juste au dessus d'une station service et de lavage, très bruyant et odorant) Impossibilité d'utiliser le garage de la maison pour la voiture, il faut se parquer dans la rue. Nous avons presque toujours trouvé de la place devant la maison, mais doutons que ce soit ainsi généralement ( hors covid) En revanche, tous les commerces sont à proximité. Nous avons dans l'ensemble passé un agréable séjour, mais il faudrait vraiment faire en sorte de rendre la maison plus pratique pour une famille avec les équipements adéquats.

Extra care has been taken, so as to follow the COVID rules. No food nor spices may be left from one customer till the next. Extra cushions, etc have been stored. The house receives a very thorough cleaning between once customer and the next. At all time the customers have been helped and attended with their requests, extra bowls and glasses were provided, as also the bbq ware, dish towels, etc. As previous customers had broken the sun beds, new sun beds were purchased and delivered soonest possible. The garage is never offered on the website. Parking in the dead end street is mentioned. The parking space there is always the same, both in COVID times and non COVID times, as this is a residential area, and not affected by tourism. Whenever an electrical appliance breaks down, it is inmediatly replaced. Both for service as for security. So I must say we were surprised by this comment, as at all times we do our best to make customers feel comfortable and at home.

Très belle propriété bien située
La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir l'île ce que nous avons pu faire avec de jeunes enfants. De plus dans la rue il y a toutes les commodités : superette, boulangerie,... La maison est agréable, en avril, il est facile de se garer aux alentours de la maison. Seul bémol l'eau chaude pour les douches qui nous a manqué deux matins car le chauffe eau électrique ne fonctionne pas correctement. Quand il y a du soleil pas de soucis car les panneaux solaires chauffent bien l'eau. Merci a Erika pour ses conseils et son accueil ainsi que sa réactivité. On a passé un excellent séjour.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Schwächen
Top eingerichtet, gute Lage, viel Platz, und toller Service von der Agentur (danke an Erica). Waren Ende November in einer Schlechtwetterperiode 10 Tage da, an einigen Tagen war es im gesamten Wohnbereich 17 Grad- zu kalt zum wohlfühlen, eine Heizmöglichkeit besteht nicht. Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es keinen Parkplatz, man parkt auf der Straße, in aller Regel ist da alles zugeparkt, man muss dann sehen wo man bleibt. Auch auf dem Grundstück gibt es keinen Parkplatz, da die Tiefgarage nicht zur Verfügung steht und das parken auf der Schräge kaum möglich ist, extrem steil, extrem schmal und nur mit vielen Hin und Her überhaupt einfahrbar, da in der schmalen Straße gegenüber Fahrzeuge parken. Da dies eine Kunst darstellt wird bei der Schlüsselübergabe die Fernbedienung des Tores nicht übergeben. Alles kein Problem, im Umkreis von 200 m habe ich immer was gefunden nur die Beschreibung ist nicht korrekt. Wie die Parkplatzsituation und die Wohnungstemperatur in der Hochsaison aussieht (keine Klimaanlage)?

Dies ist eine Urbanisation, und normalerweise können Sie direkt vor der Tür parken. Dies ist in der Ankündigung so erwähnt. Trotzdem, wie der Mieter erwähnte, dass er zu einer bestimmten Stunde Probleme hatte, wollten wir ihm die Garagentorsteuerung anbieten. Ja, es ist steil. Aus diesem Grund empfehlen wir, vorne zu parken. Wenn er uns erwähnt hätte, dass er eine Heizung brauchte, wäre dies vorgesehen worden. Sie sind dort in der Garage. Strom ist hier teuer, deshalb halten wir sie nicht im Haus. Im Allgemeinen ist keine Heizung erforderlich, außer an Tagen mit extremen Wetterbedingungen. Da wir die Kommentare unserer Kunden ernst nehmen, suchen wir nach Lösungen für diese Probleme, um unsere Immobilie weiter zu verbessern.

Simplemente espectacular
La casa preciosa, muy amables los anfitriones que a pesar de llegar tardisimo se entretuvo en indicarnos sitios para ver y dónde comprar o dónde comer. Desayunar cada mañana en la terraza viendo el Teide de frente y el mar al otro lado, no tiene precio. Las habitaciones grandes, camas cómodas y con todo lo necesario. Cocina completa y no nos faltó de nada para cocinar cuando quisiéramos. Los niños muy contentos y también encantados, con la piscina y las zonas ajardinadas. Recomendable 100% y para repetir!!

Prachtig groot huis met heerlijk zwembad
Bij aankomst werden we zeer verrast door dit prachtige grote huis. Wij hebben maar 1 slaapkamer en 1 badkamer gebruikt. Er waren 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers aanwezig. Prima keuken en ruime huiskamer. Huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goede week gehad hier.

A great house near Puerto de la Cruz
we had a very nice stay in this big house in Los Realejos, just 5 min away from Puerto de la Cruz (4 adults and 2 childrens). The house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a very spacious living room. It is very well equiped with a washing machine, a dish washer and all the necessary for cooking. Swimming pool. A good point to see all Tenerife; 20 min from Oratava and Laguna, 1h from Los gigantes, Anaga and el Teide. Erica which is managing the rent was very helpful and always available! Highly recommend
