Best possible Santa Cruz apartment and location
This is a very well decorated and particularly artistic apartment. Roberto was a wonderful host, friendly and very helpful in every way. We stayed a month and kept enjoying the beautiful furnishings and comfort of the apartment. Good warming on the few occasions needed, excellent kitchen, splendid light, easy access, great local cafes, supermarkets, even hardware store, very fine restaurants at all price levels. The very nearby Sanabia Park is absolutely enchanting; we often spent afternoons having tea in one of the two restaurants in the Park. It is large, very well kept, and tropical exotic: a joy. There is everything to love here in this calm but very attractive city and you are in the best area. Many thanks to Robert, including for allowing our cat, also very happy there

This is a great city apartment with parking !

Lovely apartment in a great location
This is our second stay in Roberto's apartment. It's just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants of Santa Cruz in a nice neighbourhood. The apartment is spotless and has everything we need for a one week stay - we eat out every night as there is so much choice in the city. There are several small supermarkets in the area, so you can buy what you need easily. The underground parking is very handy if you are renting a car, as there never seems to be any space to park on the streets (but don't rent too big a car, as the parking space feels small when you need to manoeuvre a car which you don't regularly drive!). Roberto is great to communicate with and always answers messages promptly. Hopefully we will come back again!

Nice and easy stay in Santa Cruz
We stayed two weeks in January at Robertos flat in the city of Santa Cruz. Flat was nice, comfortable, modern and clean. The house has a garage which is essential if you have a car (otherwise it's impossible to park the car). There is also an elevator. The neighbourhood is great: calm, quiet and safe. Supermarket and bakery on the same block, only a short walk to the park, cafes and the city center. Roberto was a great landlord: friendly, flexible and helpful. We can recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice and easy stay in Santa Cruz! There was nothing to complain about and our holiday went very smoothly!

Wonderfully spacious apartment
Has everything one needs: washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Supermarket 200m to walk.Some items are a little outdated and the blinds do not work. Everything else is great.

Schöne Stadtwohnung im Zentrum
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Der Garagenstellplatz für das Mietauto ist super, da es sehr schwierig ist, einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu bekommen. Der Vermieter Roberto ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Santa Cruz ist immer ein Erlebnis
Es ist ein Erlebnis besonders, wenn man die grosszügige Wohnung von Roberto Acosta zur Verfügung hat. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts (9 Nächte) darin sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns schnell zurecht gefunden. Die Wohnung ist in ihrer Ausstattung komplett und dazu noch mit einem künstlerischen Flair gestaltet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Nähe und sehr nützlich ist auch die Einstellhalle für das Mietauto.

C’est un bel appartement, très grand, décoré avec goût et je dirais que les photos sur le site ne lui rendent pas justice. On y trouve tout ce qu’on pourrait avoir besoin, et plus. ¡Magnífico apartamento en el centro de Santa Cruz!
Antes de las Navidades, decidimos improvisar y pasar unos días en Tenerife. Elegimos la capital, Santa Cruz, y elegimos el apartamento de Roberto. Las dos elecciones no pudieron ser más acertadas...Santa Cruz es una ciudad muy agradable y bonita, llena de rincones por descubrir, y el piso ofrece todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia cómoda y fácil. Las distancias a los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad son cortas a pie y si tienes coche el acceso a las vías principales es muy inmediato. ¡Desde luego lo recomendamos... y volveremos!

¡Acierto total!
Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones en Santa Cruz de Tenerife este pasado Noviembre, y la experiencia con el piso de Roberto ha sido fantástica. El apartamento está muy bien situado, a menos de cinco minutos del principal pulmón verde de la ciudad, el parque. Está muy bien equipado y la verdad es que no echamos en falta ningún detalle. El trato con su propietario educadísimo y cordial desde un primer momento. Muy recomnedable...sin duda repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita a la isla.

Magnífica experiencia en el centro de Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Mi mujer y yo nos hemos quedado unos días en el apartamento de Roberto. Todo ha sido facilidades desde un comienzo, desde la comunicación con él hasta el momento de la llegada. El piso está muy bien decorado y es tal y como se aprecia en las fotos. Muy cómodo, tienes todo lo que te puede hacer falta para que tu estancia sea ideal. Desde luego, lo recomendamos y volveremos seguro!!

Repetiría sin duda!
Necesitábamos un piso céntrico en Santa Cruz de Tenerife, para desde ahí tener acceso a conocer tanto la ciudad como el resto de la isla. La elección del apartamento de Roberto fue un total acierto, bien situado, nos permitió conocer a fondo Tenerife. El piso tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños y está muy equipado. Esperamos volver pronto.

Wohnung in sehr guter Zentrumslage - sehr empfehlenswert!!!
Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 12 Jahre und 5 Jahre) waren bereits zum 2ten Mal für einen Monat in der Wohnung von Roberto und es war wieder alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Dieses Mal hatten wir auch unseren Hund dabei, was überhaupt kein Problem dargestellt hat (wunderschöner Park mit Hundezone - parque garcía sanabria - in unmittelbarer Gehnähe). Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter, Roberto, funktionierte wieder einwandfrei! Die Wohnung ist auch aufgrund ihrer Lage sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Vi kommer att gå tillbaka till Roberto lägenhet!
Vi valde Santa Cruz för vår semester på Teneriffa.Erfarenheten var mycket bra eftersom lägenheten ligger mycket bra och mycket rent. Till fots kan du besöka de unika punkterna i staden och med bil lära känna resten av ön.Roberto var alltid snäll och kommunikativ hela tiden. Visst kommer vi tillbaka!

Täydellinen valinta!
Olemme viettäneet osan lomastaan Santa Cruzissa. Emme voi olla onnellisempi valintasi kanssa. Roberton asunto on erittäin hyvällä paikalla. Naapurustossa on supermarketteja, ravintoloita, suuri puisto ja aivan keskustassa. Toistamme ensi vuonna epäilemättä!

Wonderful apartment in the center of the city!
Roberto's apartment is fantastic. It is furnished with comfortable quality furniture. The neighbourhood in which it is located is very quiet, having everything you need nearby (supermarket, bakery, coffee shops, pharmacy ...) as well as the main park in the city. Roberto is an extremely polite and attentive host. We certainly recommend it and we will repeat soon!

Alojamiento estupendo y propietario amabilísimo, serio y cien por cien recomendable
El piso está muy bien situado, es muy cómodo y su propietario Roberto es una bellísima persona, encantador y amabilísimo. Estuvimos encantados en su casa y repetiremos en el futuro ¡seguro!. Un alojamiento rodeado de muchos servicios como farmacia, pizzería, supermercados y a quince minutos andando del centro de la ciudad y de la calle Castillo, la calle comercial por excelencia de la isla. Une expérience fantastique à Santa Cruz de Tenerife!!
Nous avons passé une semaine à Tenerife. Nous avons choisi de rester à Santa Cruz. L'expérience a été formidable. Étage Roberto est très confortable, spacieuse, propre et belle. Le quartier est très central et très proche de tout. Sans doute, quand nous reviendrons à Tenerife, nous le répétons. Merci pour tous Roberto !!

Magnífico piso en el centro de Santa Cruz!!
Mi mujer y yo hemos pasado unos días de descando en Tenerife y la elección de la capital de la isla, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, como punto base para movernos ha sido todo un acierto. El piso de Roberto es cómodo y amplio y cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Está situado en un barrio con todo muy cerca (supermercados, panadería, farmacia, restaurantes...), y con el principal parque de la ciudad a la vuelta de la esquina. Muy recomendable y sin duda volveremos cuando visitemos de nuevo la isla!!

Klasse Wohnung mit Wohlfühl-Athmophäre
Einrichtung und Ausstattung großzügig und gehobene Qualität. Kingsize-Bett! Der Eigentümer ein ausgesprochen netter, hilfsbereiter und zuverlässiger junger Mann. Sprache: wenigstens ein paar Brocken Spanisch sollte man schon können. Wir waren jetzt schon 4 mal jeweils 3 bis 4 Wochen im Winter dort. Und kommen gerne wieder. Kleiner Schwachpunkt ist die Küche, wo vor allem auch vom Parterre her intensiver Küchengeruch herauf kommt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Gute Busverbindung in die Innnenstadt und zum Busbahnhof

Schönes großzügiges Apartment in hervorragender Lage
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (3 und 10 Jahre alt) insgesamt vier Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt (Fernseher, gut ausgestattete Küche, gute W-Lan-Verbindung, Waschmaschine etc.) und ist sehr gepflegt daher haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, ist die hervorragende Lage des Apartments. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten beim schönsten Park der Stadt (Parque Sanabria) der über einen tollen Spielplatz verfügt und auch die Fußgängerzone ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker, Supermarkt und eine Apotheke befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und Möglichkeiten gut essen zu gehen gibt es in Santa Cruz mehr als genug. Von Santa Cruz aus ist man sehr schnell beim wunderschönen Strand „Las Teresitas“ und viele andere Ausflugsziele auf der Insel sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Praktisch ist auch, dass es einen Tiefgaragenplatz gibt, sonst wäre es sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Roberto, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und stets um das Wohlergehen seiner Mieter besorgt.
