The Space:
Three bedrooms: one super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TV, one king-size with TV and one twin with TV, as well as a bathroom. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room and snug. To the side of the property you will find off-road parking for two cars, as well as ample on-street parking, and to the rear of the property is an enclosed multi-level garden with decking, gravelled area, lawned area, storage outbuilding, furniture, barbecue and pizza oven. There is oil central heating and the kitchen is where you will find a range with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer with water dispenser, whilst the utility hosts a washer/dryer. There are also five TVs and WiFi in the property. Fuel and power included in the price, along with bed linen and towels. Sorry, no smoking allowed at the cottage. The shop and pub are 0.1 mile away. Please note that there are steps in the garden and the decking areas can be slippery when wet, please take care. There are also a couple of low doorways inside the cottage, please mind your head. Milton is a charming little community within walking distance of the beautiful Carew Castle and the River Cleddau.
