Specifically designed to put the incredible water views on full display, this stylish retreat also features beautiful wood floors, high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a wood-burning firepit. A prime locale on River Road offers convenient access to a wide variety of coastal attractions in the area, like Marshall Point Lighthouse and Birch Point Beach State Park. Enjoy direct access to the water, just steps from your front door!

    Wall-to-wall windows in the living area showcase gorgeous views of the ocean and the surrounding islands. Air-conditioning and an electric fireplace add a warm ambience to the room. Stretch out on the plush sectional and stream your favorite shows on the Roku TV (streaming available with guests' own login credentials). The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of upscale appliances, including a gas stove and a French-door fridge. Serve up tasty dishes at the adjacent bistro table. Wake every morning to stunning ocean views in the primary suite, which features a Roku TV and a sparkling en-suite bathroom that offers a walk-in shower. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the view - this is it. Away from the crowds, this property is central to Camden, Rockport, Rockland, Tenants Harbor as well as Port Clyde. So much to do. The property itself is great! Very comfortable with all the amenities.

The house was well taken care of, the decor was great. The views out the windows was fantastic. We really enjoyed the home. It was a perfect size for the four of us. Enjoy the fireplace, we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night and really enjoyed the loons, ducks, geese in the bay every day, we would love to return and stay in the same home

This house was even better than in the photos. The view from the master bedroom as well as the living room is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was near several beautiful Maine towns for day trips. The locals were friendly. The General Store was just a short drive away and had great food and essentials. We hope to return soon.

The cottage is lovely and well appointed. One can easily decompress by just watching the birds and the tidal flow from inside the cottage or in the peaceful backyard. The busy road deters walkability and there is a some road noise in the bedroom on that side of the building.

Coastal Beauty!

Had an amazing stay at this charmer on the coast! Very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Spent many hours just watching the ducks and birds enjoying the treats that come and go as the tides change. Great jumping off point to enjoy the beautiful coast of Maine! The only drawback is that the road is incredibly close to the house and the traffic noise is impossible to drown out, especially when trying to sleep in the second bedroom. Not ideal, but we would definitely return!

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for a couple wanting to see the area between Portland to Camden. It certainly would easily accommodate a family, but it is really hard to find a nice house on the water for just a couple at a reasonable price. Everything was very clean, worked, and had all that you would need for a comfortable stay. The view is amazing. The Happy Clam restaurant down the road was the best place we ate the entire trip, both in quality and price. If we come back, it would be where we would eat every night. The general store is also great for just about anything you need and Walmart is close and just off the road in and out for anything else you might need. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Bright Clean Cottage on the Bay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tenant’s Harbor. The house was clean, bright and roomy enough for two couples. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved hanging out in the living room as we watched boats going across the bay and the sunrises were gorgeous. We explored the general store, which had everything you might need, and friendly cashiers. We ate delicious meals at the Eastwind Inn, and explored Camden and Rockland from the cottage. The road noise did not bother us but it does happen as the cottage is right on a curve. We loved the location and views.

Bring your yoga mat, paintbrush, camera or all the above -- the view is amazing! With a wall of east -facing windows, watching the sunrise each morning while sipping coffee was a joy. The cottage is right on Long Cove with unobstructed views of Northern Island, High Island and the Spectacles.The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for our 4-night stay. It was a quick trip to the store for snacks and to the beaches (Crescent and Birch Point) to enjoy some early Spring sun. The cottage was perfect and already looking forward to a trip back. Hope to rent again in-season, so we can also grab a lobster roll at McLoons.

Must Stay!

This home is beautiful inside and out and also very clean. Whether you're looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time or use as a home base while exploring the area, it's a must stay. The pictures on the site are beautiful, but it is even better in person. We stayed at a few places while vacationing in Maine, this was by far our favorite!
