"We travel to Campeche approximately once a year and have been staying at the Hotel Plaza Campeche for several years. We have always been impressed with the hotel (cleanliness and service), but this year I would say was the best service we've experienced so far. All the employees are on the lookout for anything that may need fixing and promptly attend to it (for example, a loose panel on the ceiling).
