Stroll to Playa Penca & Playa Potrero! Spacious and tropical 1-bed plus pull-out, 1- bath villa, steps to restaurants, farmers markets, nightlife and groceries!

This newly renovated home features 24/7 security, private outdoor patio, large pool and manicured gardens. Villa has large bedroom with a king bed, bathroom with double sink, dedicated workspace with a beautiful local wood desk, high-speed mesh internet, and a comfortable La-Z-Boy sofa bed! **Reservations made after July 14 are eligible for 2x 30 minute in-villa massage with the amazing Janet, on us!!**

Kitchen is well-stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a meal at home, or walk to MANY local restaurants.

Our guests LOVE the charming village of Potrero, Penca beach and this fabulous gem of a condo! (We have many, many 5-star reviews on the other platform.)

Our family had a lovely time at the Casa del Sol property. The pool was wonderful! The neighborhood is a good mix of local authenticity and nice restaurants geared towards tourists. We walked to gelato daily. The beach is a short walk away and we appreciated the umbrella and chairs that were provided.
