Apartment 5, “Abendträumerei,” is a quiet, charming holiday rental on the ground floor of a lovingly renovated former count’s forester’s house. It combines a private living and dining area with an open floor plan and is particularly well-suited for families with children.
A special feature of the apartment is the loft with a double bed, accessible via a ladder. From there, the view opens up to the dining and living area below. The open layout with exposed wooden beams creates a sense of closeness and openness and is often enjoyed by children as a special place to sleep or play. The loft requires a certain degree of sure-footedness and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The living and dining area has a clean, functional design, and the kitchen is well-equipped and geared towards family stays. A modern bathroom completes the apartment. Another unique feature is a cosy nook in the sloped ceiling, perfect for playing, reading, or even yoga and meditation.
The apartment includes a private terrace under an apple tree, situated in a quiet location and accessible from the garden. It offers a sheltered outdoor space—for meals, reading, or relaxing in the shade of the trees.
Apartment 5 is one of six individually designed holiday apartments in the forest house. All apartments are completely separate and can be used independently. The garden and the spacious grounds are open to guests and also offer plenty of room to play, explore, and relax outdoors.
The Forsthaus is situated in a quiet location near Ringenwalde in the Uckermark, one of Germany’s most tranquil regions, characterised by lakes, forests, open countryside, and a rich variety of flora and fauna.
“Abendträumerei” is particularly well-suited for families with children as well as for couples who appreciate a unique floor plan featuring a raised floor, a private outdoor area, and a peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere.
