The resort is clean, and the whole area is very nice. The price is reasonable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The view and the pool are great. The only downside is the food. It is delicious, but it can get a bit boring because they serve mostly the same dishes every day. Overall, it’s a clean and pleasant place with helpful staff, a nice pool, and a great view.

Our favourite part was the gold lounge. We had Adam and Amin for most of our stay. They were so attentive and so friendly and helpful. They made our stay standout! Hats off to the helpful reception staff as well. I just need to say thou that Adam and Amin should be promoted, wonderful and gave history, and stories and just really took care of us. The fairmont was the last 4 days of our 15 days in Morocco and it made an impression that no other place did, in the best way! So comfortable, so clean, our room was always cleaned up and afternoon snacks waiting for us when we returned. I cannot say enough about this hotel or our stay, I highly recommend the gold king balcony suite. Please pass on our extreme pleasure with reception, Amin and Adam in the gold lounge and a small shout out to Ishmail that we only had for a couple of hours but was also great.

Exceptional place! Only thing would be to plan ahead if travelling with babies when it comes to milk prep or warming the bottle

This Riad was beautiful and maybe one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in ( and we travel a lot). The food and service was exceptional. Lovely breakfast included. When you walk down the alley and find the door you can’t even imagine the surprise as you enter a wonderful find.
