We booked one of two rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't be used. They moved us to another room at midnight, no assistance. The wifi did not reach our room and we needed to work, so we had to work from the restaurant downstairs during night hours. The breakfast was underwhelming. The service in the restaurant was not great. I checked in a few hours early and was charged for a half day even though the other room that was like ours was empty. I complained to Expedia and Expedia did not help.

We were there for less than 15 hours so take with a grain of salt, but the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly accommodation, finding FOUR extra pillows for my brother and me as well as trying to help refund one card and place payment via cash. The only negative was minimal and that is that the lobby smelled SO strongly of cologne or something that to me at least, was quite unpleasant but otherwise, a lovely place to stay in a good area for exploring.
