The flat is located on the very quiet side of the street, offering guests relaxation and peacefulness. This is misleading and deceptive. The drain in the shower was blocked creating a 2cm pool in the bathroom which was dangerous in terms of slipping and foetid water accumulation. This took 10 days to fix once communicated to the landlord who said yes but did nothing. The apartment was not cleaned despite requests.
