Dining in option was good but menu could have more variety. The serving staff English was almost non-existent. AC/Heating system totally inadequate, impossible to regulate. One member of our group had to go down to the reception at 2am to get it fixed. Breakfast menu could also be expanded. One reception staff member was very helpful (Murat).

I have become a fan!! Very clean, organized, spacious, modern, and above all green. The first thing we noticed was how spacious everything in the hotel was. The hallways were wide, the elevator accommodated more than a carry-on and the rooms were seemed bigger. The entire hotel had a very welcoming scent. As requested in our reservation, we were given a non-smoking room on a nonsmoking floor ❤️. The breakfast bar was complete and everything was freshly made. The staff spoke English which is a HUGE plus. They had gated entrance and exit as well as a parking garage for our car. Location was not as close as we wanted to some of the places we wanted to visit but for us it was worth the two days we stayed with them. Congratulations Hampton you did good👍

Very good hotel well located by car

Great Hotel and easy reachable by car incl. charging station for electric cars. The service in the restaurant for dinner needs improvement and more vegetarian options would be desirable.

I’d like to say express my gratitude to the gentleman on the fromtdest who upgraded our room to a suite with a bathtab due to my Hilton Honors membership! Great breakfasts, as usual! Starbucks inside is also a pleasant and convenient add-on. One of the best hotels in Samsun! with welcoming and hospitable people working here, spacious comfortable parking area and high-quality Hilton-level interiors, food, processes, rooms and facilities!

There is nothing exciting about this hotel. No bell man, no sitting area next to reception. Room itself was not spacious because they already opened the sofa bed, eventhough we die ask or needed.

My husband and I were disappointed all around. On the hotels description is said they have queen size beds, that is what we paid for but they only have full beds. They put us in a “queen size room” but still a full bed. The food on the menu was tasteless, the service was very very slow however when the staff were polite.

For the service I can tell that except the manager met first day, all other were not experienced and not capable. from the restaurant service during dinner, to the issue invoice to complete wrong address. Sorry but was unsatisfied.
