  • The complex, completely refurbished in 2017 and of high quality, offers everything you need for a pleasant and luxurious stay.
    The train station and bus stop are nearby, the hiking trails to Tegernsee's local mountain Neureuth and to Riederstein / Galaun start in front of the house.
    The famous Tegernsee Bräustüberl in the Tegernsee castle, the city center with shops and restaurants, and the Monte Mare lake sauna can be reached in a 10-minute walk.

Verregneter Urlaub

Leider war das Wetter in diesen Tagen das allerschlechteste, somit mussten wir sehr viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen. Diese war zwar mit Designerbad ausgestattet, aber der Perlator beim Waschbecken hätte ausgetauscht werden müssen, spritzte nur. Außerdem ist es eine Zumutung, dass man in die Badewanne steigen muss um zu duschen, warum baut man hier keine Dusche, wenn man doch schon saniert. Die E-Glaswand zwischen Bad und Wohnraum ist ja wohl völlig überflüssig. Im Wohnraum fehlte ein Esstisch und zwei Stühle. wir haben den kleinen Balkontisch reinholen müssen und uns auf die Bettkante gesetzt, damit wir überhaupt frühstücken konnten. An Geschirr und Besteck fehlte einiges.Die komplette Einrichtung war einfach nicht durchdacht. Das beste war der Kaffeevollautomat, der aber auch erst gesäubert werden musste. Ach ja, das Bett war in Ordnung, nur die alten Daunenkopfkissen müssten mal getauscht werden. Balkon zur Nordseite, mit Blick auf eine stark befahrene Straße war auch nicht der Hit

Tolle Tage mit viel Schnee

Das Appartement liegt superzentral und zudem auch noch verkehrsgünstig, sodass eine Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut möglich ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und das Badezimmer auf neuestem Stand. Für zwei Personen optimal, für uns - zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind (11 Jahre) - etwas knapp. Wir werden zu zweit sicherlich wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und bietet für 1-2 Gäste ausreichend Platz. Die Lage ist perfekt, Bahnhof und das kleine Stadtzentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Gastgeber hat sich außerordentlich bemüht und konnte mit sehr guten Tips helfen. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal !
