"We could not stay at this property because it was dirty, neglected, and extremely unsafe. Despite the unacceptable condition, they refused to reimburse us, so we had to leave and lost all the money we paid.
The entrance was dangerous—you have to cross a broken, makeshift wooden bridge over an open ditch. The stairs were partially broken, the wooden structure and railings were rotten and unstable, and elevated areas were inadequately protected.

We have found our little piece of heaven.
From the minute we arrived to a lovely welcome and tour of the beautiful hotel and facilities to the moment we left two weeks later it’s been outstanding in every way.
Our Butler Valley Pool Villa was amazing with its own pool sitting amongst the jungle with the river running in the background was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team morning and night, they were all so friendly helpful and unobtrusive

Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beautiful! They couldn't do enough for you and all the staff treated us like royalty. Shuttle/private car to Ubud centre was really handy. Experience team made such an effort to make our honeymoon special with little extras to make it special
Pool was a little chilly but that Is the only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect!

Lovely newly built hotel, great views and staff. Needs some improvement in delivering the evening entertainment, but I'm sure they will learn with time. Some food was great, some so so. Chefs better making Indonesian dishes and lovely pasta rather than western dishes. A bit secluded so more suitable for those looking to stay in the hotel or rent a scooter

If you're looking for an accommodation away from all the noise and pollution, this is the place to stay. It is next to the rice fields so a beautiful view, the hosts were kind and friendly people and the breakfast was authentic and tasty Indonesian food.

We spent many weeks deciding where to stay before we came to bali. We are so happy we chose Kuwarasan. This is honestly the best Hotel i have stayed in. The service was exceptional and our Villa was incredible. Very clean and peaceful.

The Bandha is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff and excellent facilities.
However, that being said, I think we were quite unlucky with two issues. Firstly, our flight from the UK landed at 3pm and after arriving at the hotel at 5pm we were told that our room would not be ready until 8pm. Whilst we were offered another beautiful room to Shower and relax in we were told to ensure our bags were packed by 8 so that they could be moved. Whilst it's not a huge issue, after 27 hours of...

A beautiful hotel with very courteous staff. Villa was lovely we didnt find the outdoor furniture very comfortable. Gorgeous bathroom fab bath and shower. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely. Had evening meal didnt rate it. But restaurant 2 minutes walk away was fabulous. Very close to waterfall and paddy fields. Approx 20 minutes from Ubud in the countryside so was quiet peaceful and a small cost for a driver into Ubud. The grounds of the area are beautiful too
