"Our stay at H10 Palazzo Canova was wonderful. The hotel staff were available and always helpful. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. The breakfast, which you can purchase as part of your room cost, is exceptional. The staff is welcoming. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar overlooking the Grand Canal. And the restaurant is near all the major sites. This is an excellent hotel."
"The property is a little outside of Venice proper, but easily accessible via the Vaporetto (Tranchetto stop).
The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with breakfast. The line was quite long as there were only two small breakfast areas. The breakfast itself was plentiful and good, but the coffee machines were very slow.
The hotel itself was quiet despite being very busy.
The rooms are also small, and there is only one area for storing one suitcase, with no closet. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, there were many options at breakfast from fresh fruit to cereal. We were staying with a 7 month old and they provided us with a travel cot and baby chair for breakfast. Not really a complaint but the bed was pretty hard and we did have to ask for a top up of the tea / coffee / milk in our room as they do give bare minimum, but other than that it was a perfect stay, they booked us a water taxi for returning to Marco Polo airport free of charge and one of the staff members showed us the way to Rialto and helped with our luggage, thanks so much!! Highly recommend."
