Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooking the mighty Northern Wairoa river, this beautiful 2 bedroom home is a peaceful home away from home. Drive 10 minutes to Dargaville or 7 minutes to the beautiful west coast beach, Glinks Gully. Safely fenced from neighbours and the quiet road. A magnificent vista of the river and views. Fully renovated home with modern kitchen and bathroom. The space Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. One queen size bed in bedroom one, bedroom two has two single beds. Bathroom consists of large easy access high pressure shower and vanity, toilet is separate. Kitchen is complete with full size fridge, full oven. Microwave, toaster, jug, and condiments. Continental breakfast supplies included for self service. Please advise of any dietary requirements. Guest access Entire property at your disposal, full section, no access to garage but plenty of safe parking on the street but also off street parking available. Other things to note High speed internet available and plenty of local knowledge, feel free to ask :) There is no freezer but a full size fridge and oven. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the cottage. On arrival we discovered tomatoes ripening on the window sill, scrummy fresh bread, a fruit bowl full of fruit, a selection of cereals, butter, jam, milk - to name a few. This is a wonderful place to escape to. It is quiet and peaceful, with huge views over the river and beyond.The only downside was no TV and no doors on the bedrooms, but that didn't worry us, and the reasonable price took this into consideration.
