Newly built in 2023, this stylish townhouse is located on a quiet private lane, centrally in Te Aroha, just 800 metres from the main street. The house has a full kitchen with new Bosch appliances, dining and living room space, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its boasts a double garage with internal access, where the laundry is located and a level entry deck from the lounge out to the north facing views of the mountain. This house is ideal for groups travelling with classic cars or motorbikes or e-bikes due to the security of the quiet private lane and fully lockable garage. We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy on our properties (not just inside our house).
