Our Red Brick Beauty, built in 2022, offers everything you will need on your holiday. Tranquility, space and outdoor living, while being conveniently close to the Hauraki Rail Trail Cycleway and only a minutes walk to the heart of Te Aroha's shopping district. Enjoy watching the sun rise as it crests over Mount Te Aroha from your private deck areas or watch the sun go down around the barbeque after dinner. Red Brick Beauty will make your stay in Te Aroha feel like home away from home. This modern house is spaciously laid out with well appointed amentities for guest comfort. A large laundry, office nook and full kitchen/dining and living area means longer stays are effortless. All bedrooms are roomy with private decks and wardrobes. The full house is available to guests. We believe in leaving our guests to themselves for full privacy, to enjoy your stay. However, we do live locally if we are needed for any issues that may arise. Our listing is located on Bryan Lane which is a new development in Te Aroha and consists of a private road with 11 houses in the subdivision. It is located close to the river, skate park and Hauraki Rail Trail Cycleway. All houses are brand new, built within the last 12 months.We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy on our properties (not just inside our house). Any stains or damages due to smoking or vaping will result in additional charges being applied. Walking into town in easy, with the main street being located just 1 minutes walk away.
