Warm cozy stay
The house is warm friendly as winter is just around the corner with night temperatures falls between 1-6’C. Bed warmer is very helpful to get better sleep after a long day. Felt very comfortable just like second home

Charming house in a quiet neighborhood
The house is just as described in the listing. It's conveniently located near the downtown tourist area for Wanaka. Personally, it was fun to play ping pong on the table downstairs. The hosts were accommodating when we needed to check in early for a tour. Their communication was quick and helpful.

Great find
Really enjoyed our stay. Relaxed, tidy, clean and well equipped. Bedrooms upstairs had lots of window for great views, sun and warmth. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet part of town. Easy walk to the shops. Large public grass area across the road a hit with the 4 year old, as were the toys and sandpit. Would definitely stay again. Friendly communication from hosts.

Window’s galore
We really appreciated the early check-in. Not having a sink in the toilet closet was a little unusual, but overall the home was lovely.Only Bach we stayed at where we were asked to clean the fridge and oven before checking out. Lots of windows and natural light. Had fun using the ping pong table.

Comfortable house in great location
First time visiting Te Anua with the family. The location was about 15 minute walk to the town which made a great evening walk for dinner. House size for family of 5 was nice, with a ping pong table for the kids to enjoy. Had nice washing machine and dryer, but due to energy costs, extra fee was asked if using the dryer. Owner also request leaving place as founded meaning washing dishes and putting away, as well as cleaning grill off. Does make it ready for the next visitors, but also cleaning fee should cover some of costs (wiping down bathroom, etc).

Perfect base for our visit to Milford Sound. Comfortable house, bedrooms on first floor with views, and a ping pong table downstairs made our stay fun! Sunny back yard to dry our washing. Great for our family stay.

Lovely place
Nicer than the pictures - this house is near a lake and town - comfy beds and furnishings. Small TV but that's ok. Great base to explore Milford sounds and start Kepler track. Very well equipped kitchen.

We stayed two nights using this as a home base for a trip to Milford Sound. The home is very clean, matches the pictures, and the ping pong table makes for great family fun. The owner is very responsive and easy to reach.

Family Holiday
Fantastic stay in Te Anau. So much to do if you love the outdoors. The house is really clean, warm and had everything we needed. The kids loved the ping pong table and playing on the huge public lawn next door.

Golf Trip
This was an awesome place to stay for our group who were away for a golf trip incorporating The Fiordland Classic.. The property was close to town and the breakfast bar was great for playing cards and having a couple of drinks in the evening. Shower pressure was awesome .... Will definitely stay again..
