Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and spot on with service. Will stay only at this hotel when we visit Tbilisi again and again and again.

After travelling around Georgia we returned back to this hotel again, because it's in a convenient location. We knew the patio room is basically an indoor room having experienced it ourselves the first time. But it's one of the cheapest 5 star options in central Tbilisi. That being said, I wonder how many other 5 star hotels around the world in 2022 still use synthetic duvets and pillows.
We booked the Patio Room and we were expecting a ground floor courtyard? But it's basically an indoor room, you open the window and it's the lobby and reception right underneath, you can hear people talking. No natural sun light.
Booked the Club King Suite. Paid almost twice as normal King room. Upon checkin no mention of club level rooms or club access. Elevator has signs for club level rooms and executive lounge on 6th floor. Went back to ask why we don’t have club level room and access to executive lounge. Was told - sorry you can use the lobby bar for tea/coffee but you don’t have access to club level floor. 3 days I asked every day to speak to manager, was told someone will call, no one ever explained why we were not given club access.

On the day of your arrival our Food and Beverage Director was informed about the issue and has offered you the benefits of Executive lounge to be used in our Lobby lounge, as the whole 6th floor where as well as Executive Lounge is currently out of service. Also, we would like to inform you, that there are not club level rooms available on the 6th floor, only Executive Lounge is located there, thus we have allocated the room for you based on your reservation request.
With regards to the elevator sign mentioning Executive Lounge, we will be opening this facility shortly and signs were created accordingly.
We are sorry that your expectations have not been met. All comments we receive are taken serious, your feedback helps us to continuously improve our service. Thank you once again for choosing our hotel for your stay in Tbilisi and would be happy to welcoming you soon in the nearest future.

Für mich, ist kein fünf Sterne Hotel, Frühstück könnte besser sein, sehr schlechte Schallisolierung in Badezimmer kein Bidet.Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert leiser und war angenehm warm ins Zimmer . Reinigung konnte besser sein in Reception Leute sehr nett aber nicht gut geschult
