Beautiful hotel in a very central location, big rooms, friendly service, breakfast was great too. Top notch and highly recommended

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in room 210! The reception team is absolutely wonderful and exceptionally helpful. They accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out for me without any issues or hassle. Their hospitality made my trip so much better. Highly recommend this place, especially for the outstanding service at the front desk

Excellent hotel and staff. Taking the working hotel to hotel gondola was a highlight with dinner on top. Ana at breakfast was the friendliest manager I have met. A credit to the hotel!

Well located property close to Freedom square .. we booked a suite for the family and it was really big and comfortable . They were very prompt with our tv not working and sorted it . Nice breakfast too . Would recommend it .

We really enjoyed our three night stay in this hotel, the room was quite spacious and breakfasts were the best we had in a two week stay in several places in Georgia. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We were on the second floor and had a partial city view- a room on the 3rd floor may offer a better view.

Overall was good. Rooms clean , staff friendly, breakfast could have been better but that wasn’t issue personally for me.

Great location. Good local nightlife. Amazing city.

We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Georgia. We had stayed in Tbilisi a week earlier and targeted a hotel in this area because of all the dining options nearby. The area is fantastic with a fantastic view across the river. Don’t miss out on walking to the sulphur baths and then up the river to the stunning waterfall. Breakfast was included and was good. The rooms are old fashioned and fairly basic but very comfortable.

We loved our stay, apartment was beautiful, location super, service over and beyond - amazing. Highly recommended! We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are a real asset and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, and we were especially impressed with how comfortable the bed and pillows were, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, very clean, and well stocked with lovely fluffy towels. Our balcony overlooked a traditional courtyard rather than the main street, which turned out to be a real bonus. Major roadworks were taking place along the entire...

Lovely stay in the heart of Tbilisi. Hotel room was warm and comfortable. Staff were super helpful.

I have to say that initially I was sceptical about the reviews about this hotel, it is not the usual type I would book for business trips. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a comfortable 'home away from home'. I normally have trouble finding hotel that would accommodation for my dietary needs, but this hotel happily made me a separate breakfast each morning to suit my needs. They even let me check out hours later than the check out time scheduled with no charge....

Very clean, convenient location. Would recommend.

Très propre. Un endroit paisible et reposant ! Je recommande.
