You are in the middle of the old part of Tbilisi, close to attractions and subway. Many restaurants and cafes around. Hotel is modern, elegant and staff is friendly. Rooms are a bit small but didn't bother us. Rooms overlooking the terrace and vertical garden is really peaceful. We also tried their food at the restaurant and it was delicious. Lobby is great but rooms are a little small and cramp. Nevertheless, having smaller rooms are ok but having no ac is not good as we were only informed that ac are only turned on during summer months. As a result, the room can be very stuffy as there is a lack of air circulation. Even when we open the window, it takes a very long time for air circulation to come in. Moreover, if we open the windows and close the curtains, there is no air circulation. And if we open the windows and leave the curtains open, there is a lack of privacy. Anyway, mainly because of the lack of ac unit during non summer months, I will certainly not stay in this hotel anymore. The hotel should at leave leave a note on it’s website and in the hotel booking websites to alert guests that ac is turned off during non summer periods.
