  • A touch of luxury for two in the historic “Treppenviertel” neighborhood of La Palma’s sunniest village. Enjoy luxurious accommodations spanning approximately 90 m² with 1 bedroom and 1 living/sleeping area, an elegant bathroom, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a separate restroom, a balcony, 2 rooftop terraces with ocean views, and a workspace with an Ethernet connection. Air conditioning, a smart TV, a Bose SoundLink, a rain shower, fly screens, a Weber gas grill, a comfortable dining lounge, and a Balinese daybed with panoramic views round out the amenities. From the house, you can walk to shops, restaurants, and cafés, and the beach is just a 15-minute walk away.
    The house is a corner house located on a small, green plaza in the old town (Plaza Gomez Felipe). It is very quiet, and there is no through traffic. You’ll need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the house. The house itself has three floors plus a rooftop terrace. Starting from the first floor, you have a view all the way to the sea. The kitchen is on the first floor. The house was completely renovated and redesigned in 2024.

Beautiful Casa in a great location. Has been finished and equipped to a very high standard. Watching the sun set over the sea from the terrace in the evening was a real highlight. Easy walk to the beach.
