Just 1 km from the coast and with the climatic advantages of the low altitude and close to the sea. You can enjoy on the numerous beaches that exist in the area just a few km away, enjoy an outdoor barbecue on the property, sunbathe or watch the stars at night or simply enjoy watching the sunset from the huge terrace located in the top of the house.
