Welcome to the Taylors Twins, brought to you by Simply Welcome Stays. This property is an entire duplex, giving you TWO side-by-side living spaces under one roof! It is located just 10 minutes from city centre Greenville and is perfect for groups or multiple families. With a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, the property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Each side of the duplex has its own fully-equipped kitchen, cosy living space, dining area, and private deck.

You will have the entire duplex to yourself (2 side-by-side units under 1 roof).

**EACH SIDE of the duplex features the following:**
--Dedicated parking for 2 cars in the shared driveway (total of 4 spots for the full duplex). Additional free parking is available on the street.
--Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with supplies, cookware, dishes, and a dining table for six.
--Open main living area with comfortable seating, large Smart TV (no cable), half bath, and a queen sleeper sofa. A desk and chair are provided for workspace.
--Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, and walk-in closet; the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Dressers, towels, and toiletries are provided.
--Full-size washing machine and dryer upstairs, plus iron and ironing board.
--High-speed WiFi throughout the home.
--Private outdoor deck, separated from the adjacent unit by a privacy fence.

A few things to note:

- Our area is transitional with a mix of old home, new homes, and even a church! The area hosts an eclectic blend of locals and tourists. While guests have never reported safety concerns during their stay, please note that this is a residential area, so you may occasionally hear everyday sounds like barking dogs, crowing cockerels, or neighbors spending time outdoors. We even have a friendly area dog who likes to make the rounds and say hello :) Many popular restaurants and attractions are just minutes away. If you have any specific questions or concerns, I encourage you to check out previous guest reviews or reach out before booking!

- Smoking is NOT allowed inside or around the property.

- There are a couple of train lines about 1-mile away that run through Taylors. The house is very well-insulated, but during your stay you may hear train noises in the distance. Many of our guests have said they've never heard it, and some others say they were bothered by it. For our light sleepers, we've provided a white noise machine in each bedroom for your comfort. The vast majority of our guests do not complain.

- If you are bringing infants/babies, note that the home is NOT baby-proofed.

- This is a residential area so large events and loud parties are NOT allowed.

- Maximum of 12 guests per reservation.

Booking Requirements:
We're excited to welcome guests from all backgrounds and want to make sure every stay is enjoyable, safe, and comfortable for both you and our neighbors. To help us maintain a great experience, we ask that:
--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.
--Guests have positive prior reviews, or if not, a fully refundable $500 damage deposit hold will be required. This is an authorisation hold only (not a charge) and is released at checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.
--A separate rental agreement is required after booking and can be reviewed in advance upon request.

Check Out Instructions:
- Turn off the lights
- Lock the front doors
- Wash any dirty dishes and return them to their normal place. Or simply turn on the dishwasher before you leave, and our cleaning team will handle the rest!
