very excellent service and good fresh fruit juice all day morning. Staff are kind and polite. Highly recomended to rebook next time. Good location with a hugh shopping market around the area. Also, at the entrance of the MTR terminal.

The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were great. The staff are very friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Only 1 outlet worked in the room. The others were burnt out. Very annoying.

Beware of this hotel. I did booked Arina hotel shop house but they try to cheating us and take us to homestay. I can't climb up too many stairs . So am complaining they're taking us back to the shop houses. Not stay again next time when we're coming back to Tây Ninh.

The room was small and did not have any water bottles. The washroom didn’t have any partition between toilet and shower. The elevator was very small and could only hold one person with luggage. The staff was rude. There was no breakfast buffet. Only oriental noodles were available.
