I thought this place would be quiet at night but it ended up being noisier than in Taxco with all the dogs in the property and outside the property and noisy late-night drinkers outside the room.

The property is splited in two. If you pick the rooms with two beds, you will have to stay on the section wich is under constrution, no security, no wifi and out of the main property.

Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi connection. Really nice sunset and views

La habitación estaba súper limpia y exactamente como en las fotos, el personal muy amable y atento, el único pero es que el día de mi salida no había agua caliente en la regadera por lo que me toco bañarme con agua fria, pero sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme ahí.

La parte del hotel esta en construcción y renovación. Es sencillo pero esta limpio y cómodo para el precio que se paga. Lo terrible es el balneario abierto al publico a un precio muy bajo, es viejo y mal cuidado. La ubicación es alejada y se pasa por unas calles obscuras y solitarias. No volveria.

Todo estuvo genial. La atención muy buena, tanto en el hotel como en el restaurant, las habitaciones cómodas, agua caliente en los baños.. solo un poco lejos del centro pero ideal para retirarse y descansar. Sus áreas de distracción están muy bonitas.

Está bonito el hotel, lo único es que contraté la habitación con jacuzzi y no pude usar el jacuzzi por qué salía el agua de color amarillo y no me dio confianza

El servicio fue excelente. Nos atendieron muy bien, el desayuno en el restaurante me gustó y estuvo bien servido. El único problema que le veo es la lejanía que tiene con el centro de Taxco, pero si llevan carro está mucho mejor que otros hoteles céntricos.

En general tuvimos una buena experiencia pero teníamos pocas opciones de comida y el agua del balneario estaba helada, fuera de eso la verdad todo estuvo bien, pudimos estar con mi perrito en todo momento y eso me gustó mucho. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable todo el tiempo e incluso nos dejaron extender un poco el tiempo del check out.

Esta un poco alejado del centro del pueblo, por lo que si quieres salir en la noche a pasear por ahi tendras que tener auto o pagar taxi. Está cerca del cristo. Las habitaciones bien. La habitacion para 6 personas no tiene vista, y se siente un poco encerrado. Es buena opcion por el precio si tienes auto y tambien si quieres piscina. En general si volveríamos a hospedarnos aqui.
