Marina di Mancaversa offers numerous services including Pharmacy, Medical Guard, Supermarkets, Church, playground, stationery store; all reachable on foot in a few minutes. The area is very quiet, ideal for families, and the municipal administration annually organizes a series of very interesting events that make it possible to brighten the evenings to tourists and to introduce them to the culture and traditions of Salento. The house is located right on the sea, where there is also a beach with convenient access to the water, particularly suitable for families with children. It consists of a living room with kitchen and sea view, bedroom with three beds, double bedroom; all rooms enjoy a wonderful sea view and are equipped with mosquito nets. The house, equipped with a winter heating system and summer air conditioning, has a large covered terrace, also with sea view, where you can spend relaxing moments in absolute tranquility. There is also a fenced parking space for a small car. Additional accessories: washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fans, televisions, electric oven, microwave oven, umbrella. Well appointed casita across the road from seaside promenade and half block from protected beach. Spent a lot of time outside on front patio early May where there was a selection of seats for napping, sunbathing, or al fresco dining. Good ventilation and screening for nighttime sleeping to the sound of waves on shore. Good jumping off point for trips to Puglia sites. Marco met us promptly, gave recommendations for food, and checked in by text to make sure we were comfortable. Ottima posizione tranquilla ma vicino ad altre abitazioni, fronte mare dove si possono ammirare bellissimi tramonti, inoltre in zona ci sono negozi, ristoranti, bar e supermercati nonché una pescheria. Arredata con gusto, moderna, provvista di tutto, ottima pulizia. Il titolare Sig. Marco si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliamo questa struttura per chi ha voglia di una vacanza in libertà, inoltre è vicina a Gallipoli buon punto di partenza per visitare il magnifico Salento. Splendida villetta dotata di tutti i confort(aria condizionata,zanzariere,wi-fi gratuito,doccia esterna),recentemente ristrutturata . Posizionata proprio fronte mare é possibile con due passi arrivare alla spiaggetta di sabbia e bassa scogliera che si trova li davanti. Dal balcone arredato è possibile mangiare e prendere un'aperitivo,godendo di una splendida vista ,soprattutto al tramonto. Pulizia inpeccabile della villetta, gentilezza e disponibilità dei padroni di casa che non ci hanno fatto mancare consigli e suggerimenti su luoghi da visitare e cose da fare. Marina di Mancaversa è situata in una posizione strategica rispetto località piu' blasonate tipo Gallipoli (a dieci minuti circa di macchina) che la rendono un'ottima base di partenza per visitare lo splendido Salento. Wenige Schritte zur schönen Badebucht. Das Wasser ist kristallklar. Man erreicht die weißen Traumstrände in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto. Zu den schönen, sehenswerten Städten ist es nicht weit .Einkaufen kann man bei einem Abendspaziergang, da die Geschäfte lange geöffnet haben. Die Besitzer Marco u. Roberta sind sehr großzügig und hilfsbereit. Auf Wunsch hat Barbara für uns typisch pugliesisches Essen gekocht und uns gut betreut. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und die direkte Strand Lage überzeugt voll und ganz. Es ist eine ruige und erholsame Gegend mit einer wunderbaren Strandpromenade die zum spazieren einlädt außerdem ist es eine Kinder freundliche Gegend mit wenig Verkehr und einem flach abfallendem Sandstrand Abschnitt. Ländliche Natur zum genießen und verweilen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man alle größeren Städte wie zum Beispiel Gallipoli ziemlich schnell und unkompliziert. Arredata con gusto e molto coccola. Accessoriata al top. Spiaggia a due passi molto tranquilla. Zona fuori dal trambusto x chi vuole viversi una vacanza relax. Ma comoda vicina x visitare Gallipoli e le spiaggie meravigliose del Salento. I proprietari sono persone giovani disponibili e molto carini. La loro bambina Vera una bambola. X concludere consiglio questa casetta romantica spaziosa pulita arredata benissimo a chi piace trattarsi bene. ##### marzia l. La villetta è stata completamente ristrutturata e arredata con gusto, accessoriata con aria condizionata, forno microonde, lavatrice, doccia esterna: non manca davvero nulla. A pochi passi dalla piccola spiaggia sabbiosa di Marina di Mancaversa, è una location molto comoda anche per spiagge più grandi e davvero belle, come Baia Verde, a soli 5 minuti in macchina. Posizionata a Marina di mancaversa lontano dal trambusto di Gallipoli ma vicinissima ad ogni località dei dintorni, per non parlare del mare proprio di fronte casa.
