Articulated villa with living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the lowered floor with bedrooms with opening to access the outside space and composed of: garden in front of the house with porch, living room entrance with n. 2 double sofa beds, kitchen nook with TV, n. 5 air conditioners, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, n. 3 bedrooms including two doubles and one single with the possibility of adding an additional bed to transform it into a third double bedroom, open-air area behind equipped with wooden table and chairs, barbcue area, access to the terrace with enchanting sea view. Vincenzo was very responsive to all questions or requests we had. He provided detailed information on all the amenities in the surrounding area. The house was very clean and comfortable. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto, pulita e spaziosa, le camere sono interrate ma non si soffre il caldo e comunque dotate di climatizzatore. Abbiamo sfruttato al massimo il terrazzino sul retro per le cene grazie al tavolo spazioso che c'è visto che eravamo 6 adulti e 4 bambini ! Mentre il terrazzino sopra dove è possibile stendere le asciugamani ti regala una vista da sogno dalla quale vedi le case e il mare. Il proprietario Vincenzo ci ha accolti prima in quanto la casa era già pronta, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, preparato a darci anche consigli per i locali dove cenare o per le spiagge da visitare. A due minuti a piedi c'è il supermercato tabacchino bar e spiaggia, e a 5 minuti c'è il panificio dove puoi fare delle favolose pucce calde da portare a mare per pranzo. Ci siamo rilassati, divertiti e concessi dei favolosi bagni nel mare della Puglia! ##### Giada B. L'immagine inconsueta, che mi porterò nel cuore sono i panni stesi, sventolanti al sole e all'aria sulla terrazza sovrastante la casa, una semplice sensazione di casa e vacanza insieme. Nell'insieme ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per noi che eravamo 5 adulti. Consiglio vivamente il mese di settembre per soggiornare infatti non abbiamo mai avuto in nessuno dei luoghi visitati,problemi di posteggio , di traffico o altro. Even his father came over and brought fresh fruit and eggs and drove us to the supermarket. Cannot say enough good things about them! The house is great, we found it clean and in good condition. It is really walking distance to the beaches but they are very small and can get super crowded. Abbiamo trovato tutto estremamente funzionale, c'era tutto quello che serve per trascorrere le vacanze come a casa propria. Le camere erano spaziose e ben arredate e in ogni stanza c'era il climatizzatore, piastrelle, serramenti, bagni, nuovi e tutto pulitissimo. La villetta è su due livelli come nella descrizione, le camere sono interrate ma non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo in quanto bastava accendere per pochi minuti il climatizzatore e la stanza si manteneva fresca per tutta la notte, i serramenti sono nuovi in PVC e quindi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Il portico è curato e accogliente con un bel salottino e la veranda sul retro è a dir poco funzionale , tavolo grande con sedie in ferro moderne e robuste lavanderia con lavatrice, barbecue, tenda grande estraibile. perfino l'impianto antintrusione. Il proprietario Vincenzo è un ragazzo disponibile e carinissimo, dopo soli tre giorni dal nostro arrivo sono inciampata a Gallipoli è ho avuto una frattura al piede, quindi sono dovuta restare in vacanza con il gesso. Ma Vincenzo si è adoperato per procurarmi una carrozzina così ho potuto fare qualche passeggiata, perché camminare con le stampelle era ed è tuttora molto faticoso. Grazie Vincenzo!! La villetta è splendida, spaziosa, vicinissima al mare. Non corrisponde alla descrizione, è più di quanto ci aspettassimo! E’ stata la soluzione perfetta per alloggiare in gruppo (eravamo in 7, di cui una signora di 70 anni e una bambina di 2 anni). Tanti ambienti da sfruttare, compreso il patio esterno per cenare insieme, pulitissima. Stanze spaziosissime, ventilate, ben tenute, c’è un condizionatore per ogni stanza. Anche i bagni sono belli e grandi! La zona è tranquillissima! A 5 minuti dal centro, vicini ci sono supermercato, bar, ristoranti, edicola, pescherie, frutta e verdura. Tutto. Il mare è meraviglioso… e Vincenzo è professionale e gentilissimo!!! All’arrivo ci ha fatto trovare vino e bibite! E dopo il viaggio sinceramente è stato un toccasana (noi arrivavamo da alto Veneto e Friuli). Peccato averci fatto solo una settimana! Bello spazio esterno e sopratutto a pochi passi dal mare. la casa è di recente costruzione con mobilio di buona qualità e pulita il proprietario un ragazzo molto gentile e poco invadente ma sempre a disposizione. ##### Andrea P. Замечательные владельцы, доброжелательные и приветливые. Нас встретило блюдо с фруктами и бутылка вина. Мы не могли привезти с собой постельное белье (оно не предоставляется владельцами), владелец арендовал его для нас, причем половину оплатил сам. Но в целом, нам не понравился отдых в этом доме. Я не ожидала, что спальни расположены в подвале, в комнатах без окон. Это некомфортно. В доме очень плохая звукоизоляция, если вы отдыхаете большой семьей, то это очень важно, так как малейший шум разносится по всему дому. И слышно все, что делается в соседнем доме. Наши соседи вставали очень рано и будили нас шумом. Рядом с домом нет хорошего пляжа, каменистый берег, есть небольшие бухточки, но вход в воду неудобный, каменистое дно. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### valentina n. 4 Jul 2014 #### PERFETTA Dopo due anni abbiamo deciso di tornare in puglia e cambiare casa e...non potevamo fare scelta migliore!siamo stati benissimo,la casa ha ampi spazi noi eravamo in quattro adulti e due bimbe e siamo stati alla grande, in piu'non ci e'mancato nulla nella casa c'e'forno a microonde, forno elettrico, aria condizionata, lavatrice, tv , in uno dei due bagni la doccia e'....enorme!!le camere freschissime e colorate, due ampi spazi esterni uno sul davanti e uno sul retro che abbiamo sempre sfruttato per colazione e pranzi e cene con grande tavolo e tendone , l'unica cucina che ho mai visto con divano oltre al tavolo per pranzare, la sala gigante con due divani letto enormi ,per non parlare della gentilezza dei proprietari sempre pronti ad ogni chiamata, il mare splendido e la casa hanno reso le nostre vacanze indimenticabili,sicuramente torneremo e faremo ottima pubblicita'! Ora invece, dopo aver trascorso una settimana stupenda, con molta felicità posso dire che non confermo nulla, le camere sono freschissime, profumate e dotate di porta finestra, con accesso a verandina, e finestrello superiore. (puzza di muffa?!?! Proprio no!), per quanto riguarda le tende, nulla da segnalare, sono carine e pulite; le abat- jour sono presenti e funzionano. (che altro dovrebbero fare?!) La villetta è davvero spaziosa e piena di comfort, ha un giardino retrostante che noi abbiamo sempre sfruttato, cenare lì è molto rilassante. Il proprietario gentile e soprattutto sempre disponibile. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato: frutta fresca e prosecco, villetta pulitissima e fortunatamente un mare splendente. Posti da favola e cibo squisito, consiglio un ristorante tipico salentino : Donna Lalla. Delusione per le camere da letto per noi invivibili, sono sistemate in zona interrata senza finestre, Le camere andrebbero completamente svestite ( materassi, tende, abatjours) quando chiusa l'odore è insopportabile, nota positiva sono fresche. Non abbiamo gradito la policy del proprietario; a noi è stato detto di non arrivare prima delle 17:00 e di partire entro le 10 ( praticamente due giorni sono persi) Quando siamo partiti, abbiamo chiesto un' ora in più ma ci è stato detto che chi entrava era atteso per le 12:00 (?) Il check prima dell'arrivo non è stato effettuato con cura ( il fornetto nn funzionava e così uno dei condizionatori) La zona così così ma nelle vicinanze posti da favola. Consiglio la trattoria Menta e Rosmarino la traversa immediatamente successiva. Peccato per l'odore di muffa!!! ##### Cora L. ---
