  • This beautiful Conch style home was completed in 2019. The house is a 2000 sq ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath home, each of it's 3 bedrooms has a king bed. There is private parking out front for vehicles and a 50' dock out back. The yard boasts a luxury pool with tanning ledge and hot tub as well as an outdoor kitchen. Also included is a 500lbs commercial ice machine. The location is ideal for boating allowing quick access to both the ocean and bay.
