We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel itself was excellent – a charming, authentic hotel full of character and situated in a beautiful location.
What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. They were genuinely the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful hotel staff we have ever come across. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.
The warm hospitality, wonderful atmosphere, and perfect location made this a truly memorable trip. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and were sad to leave.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable stay, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The property is close to the sea and you can easily go for a walk along the seafront at night.
Poor information at check-in and various requests not attended or had to wait more than one day.

The front desk staff seemed to be annoyed that we were guests. The breakfast room staff was also very annoyed that there were guests. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful.
The "carpet" in the rooms was gross, it was very old and matted down, I'm not sure it could even be vacuumed. My room had the shower head sticking out past the glass partition, so the bathroom floor got wet and flooded after each shower.
I have stayed at this hotel in the past and this time the experience was not as pleasant as before. For our last day we asked for a breakfast box because we had to leave before the breakfast started, and we were informed there would be a charge. But....we could go to the "Hospitality Room" and get a few snacks there.....this was the first time we had been told about the Hospitality Room, and we had been there over a week!!!
Will probably stay somewhere else next time in Pescara!

"Used the hotel as a stopover coming off the ferry in Brindisi. Comfortable hotel, but AC was not working too well. Parking on the hotel grounds could get a bit tight during peak season unless they have an overflow lot somewhere."

"Our stay here was excellent! The location was perfect close to everything we parked our car and walked! They checked with us if we wanted our car and it was there we wanted it. "The property is walking distance to ocean with great restaurants and bars nearby. Check in was quick though we were taken by surprise of added fees for linen per person. I did go back to read Expedia property details and this is stated as part of additional fees. I would not have reserved this room ..."
