Ardèche Home - Gite le Cocon - A single-storey villa with swimming pool rated 4*.

  • Our villa "Le cocon" is on one level, making it accessible to people with mobility difficulties.
    It is located at 1191, Route du Mas, 60m from Le Nid.
    We wanted this villa to be a place of relaxation and well-being for your family.
    A welcoming, comfortable house with a private pool. You'll enjoy exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, stretching as far as the Vercors, Mont Ventoux, and the Ardèche mountains. From your holiday home, you can set off on lovely hikes, horseback rides, or canoe trips. Explore nearby Ardèche sites, villages, and local cuisine, then return to your cozy retreat to savor your holiday in the Ardèche.
    The villa consists of:
    Three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with washroom and WC. A living room/dining room area. A fully equipped kitchen. A second bathroom. A separate toilet. A terrace with garden furniture and an electric griddle. Private 4x5m swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, open from mid-May to the end of September (unheated pool). We are happy to welcome our animal friends. However, they are not allowed in the private pool.
    End-of-stay cleaning information: Cleaning is not included in the rental price. We offer it as an optional extra, so you can choose to clean it yourself before your departure. If you choose the cleaning option, the cost is €90 per stay (payable on site).

Lovely villa in a rural peaceful area. Bruno and Sabine were very helpful and friendly hosts. Property as seen in photos, clean and comfortable, swimming pool a firm favorite with all. The Ardèche is a beautiful part of France with lots to see and do. Also dog friendly.

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans la maison de location de Sabine à Tauriers. Tout d'abord nous tenons à remercier Sabine pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, ses bons conseils et sa disponibilité. La maison de plain pied est très bien équipée, aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons apprécie les lits faits à l'arrivée et les 2 SDB. Les photos sont parfaitement conformes à l'annonce. La terrasse semi couverte est un vrai plus. La vue est juste exceptionnelle, aussi bien de la maison que depuis la piscine avec ses bains de soleil. La région est très belle. Merci à Sabine d'accepter les animaux. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à Tauriers dans la magnifique villa de Sabine. Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : confort, équipements, propreté, cadre… rien ne manquait ! Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est l’accueil chaleureux de notre hôte. Sabine est d’une gentillesse, d’une disponibilité et d’une bienveillance exceptionnelles. Nous sommes venus 5j avec nos enfants adultes. La maison est magnifique et fonctionnelle avec une personne en fauteuil roulant. La piscine est agréable bien que nous n'ayions pas eu de chance avec la meteo . Les propriétaires sont charmants disponibles et accueillants....merci pour la bouteille de rosé au frais !!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir car nous pouvons parfaitement nous détendre avec pour unique bruit le chant des oiseaux !

La maison est très bien pensée, trois belles chambres doubles, cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons eu une semaine très très chaude, la clim aurait été un plus mais nous savions qu'il y en avait pas. Cadre et belle vue dégagée. Nous avons passé une belle semaine.
