A beautifully appointed, multi-level apartment offering the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location. With lake views and a layout designed for both relaxation and entertaining, this holiday home is ideal for families, couples, and corporate stays.

Spread out over three spacious levels, the apartment features:
• 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms
• 2 generous living areas, including one with a sofa bed for additional guests
• 2 outdoor living spaces to enjoy all-day sun, complete with a BBQ and outdoor gas fireplace
• An internal lift connecting all levels, ensuring easy access for all ages
• A fully equipped kitchen, indoor gas fireplace, and heat pumps/air conditioning for year-round comfort

Located within easy walking distance of Taupo’s vibrant café and restaurant scene, and just moments from the scenic Lion's Walk and lakeside bike trail, this is the perfect base to unwind or explore.

We manage three apartments within The Moorings complex – perfect for group bookings or multiple families travelling together. Book one or all three to suit your needs.

House Rules and Information-

Parking: 2 x internal garage parking + 1 x off street parking, including parking for a small boat.

*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
