This elegant residence features three spacious bedrooms and an expansive open-plan living area that seamlessly connects to the sunlit outdoor space, perfect for everyone to unwind & enjoy. Located in the charming Ngaroto estate. with an easy walk to the lake or a short drive to 3 Mile Bay boat ramp. There’s ample space for all your lake toys and bikes. or to just enjoy a good book. This is your perfect holiday destination. The Space: This spacious open-plan home boasts three generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for a year-round holiday getaway. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite with a shower, vanity, and toilet for your convenience. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bunk bed and an additional single bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed. These rooms share a large family bathroom with a shower, bathtub, vanity, and toilet. The open-plan living area makes it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with family and friends. You can also step out into the expansive, fully fenced backyard for delightful alfresco dining. Additionally, the garage accommodates one car or a small boat/jet ski. Guest Access: The whole home is yours to access and enjoy. PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups. The Neighborhood: Situated in the lovely Ngaroto estate, with the local supermarket and Kokomea village shopping centre only moments away. Getting Around: There is parking for 1 car or small boat in the garage and/or on the driveway Other Things to Note: Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
