Ideally located just a 12-minute stroll to town and the popular Lions Walkway, you’ll have easy access to scenic walking, running, and biking tracks along the lakefront. There are four bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and two bathrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 4: 2 Single Beds + Trundle This sunny, modern home features a spacious open-plan living area that opens out to a large deck – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sun set with a glass of wine, or fire up the BBQ for an easy evening meal. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, and a heat pump in the lounge ensures you’ll stay cosy in winter. Wi-Fi and linen are included for your convenience. You're just minutes from Taupo’s vibrant cafés, shops, and attractions, with the Nukuhau boat ramp only 2 minutes away. Whether you’re here for an event, a fishing trip, a round of golf, or to hit the ski fields (only 55 minutes away), Nukuhau Views is ideally positioned for it all. Additional Information: Single garage available for one small vehicle or storage Off-street parking for one additional vehicle Additional cars must park on the street – please keep the shared driveway clear and avoid using neighbours' driveways External security camera onsite May not be suitable for small children due to stairs and climbing hazards Pet friendly – one small to medium dog allowed. Pets must not be left unattended. Please advise at the time of booking if you’re bringing a dog This is a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. Additional guest surcharge applies for more than 6 people. When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō. We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled. The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. Being winter It offered good heating options throughout the home and bedrooms including a ventilation system as well as great views towards the lake and beyond, plus was an easy 15-20 minute walk into the town centre. The only reason haven't marked higher was for the removal of 4 cockroaches on arrival and ants around the bench top (not sure when the property was last used and cleaned) but no other issues from then on. No contact details provided of the property manager otherwise I would’ve called him or her onsite.
