The home is thoughtfully laid out over two levels, offering plenty of space and privacy. Upstairs features two bedrooms, including a luxurious oversized master suite with spectacular lake views, a large ensuite with both a shower and separate bath, and excellent wardrobe space. There’s also an additional office or fourth bedroom, plus a separate toilet for convenience.

Downstairs, you’ll find another comfortable bedroom and a full bathroom.
Comfort is assured year-round with ducted heating and cooling, and an endless hot water system.

The fully fenced section offers peace of mind, along with off-street parking, space for a boat. Located just a short stroll from the lake and the Great Lake Walkway, and only minutes from the Two Mile Bay boat ramp and Sailing Club, this home is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure.

When you book to stay you will have the entire place to yourselves to enjoy, including the hot tub, which will be set up and ready for you to enjoy. Please note, bath towels are provided, but spa towels are not, so you can bring along extra towels if you wish.

To enhance property security and guest safety, security cameras are installed at the front door - these look out to the road, and overlooking the boat.
