Furnishings and decoration have been carefully considered. The home that is perfect for a couple or a family getaway. Wi-Fi is available and a heat pump / air con depending on your needs. There is a great flow out to the patio which holds expansive lake and Taupo views. A 1 minute walk to the shores of lake Taupo for a swim or try your luck to catch a Taupo trout. This is your perfect holiday destination. The Space: PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups. You will have a code to our lock box with key access. Boasting a large lounge dining area and 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds.The master bedroom has its own ensuite. There is also a study/ office space in case you need to do a bit of work whilst away. Complimentary WIFI. Complimentary Tea and coffee We use hire serviced linen to provide our Airbnb guests high quality linen. All beds are made up with a towel and face cloth provided for each guest. If you require extra towels for the beach or hot pools please bring your own. Guest Access: The whole home is yours to access and enjoy. You will have access to and use of the entire house including the spacious double garage, and an off street carparking + jetski or boat parking. The driveway is shared with the back house so the driveway does need to be kept clear. The Neighborhood: This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood; we are 1 minute walk from the lake and a short drive to the local dairy and eatery. Other Things to Note: Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
