Strictly no parties or gatherings. Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund. No tents. Smoking outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
