Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Was mir persönlich nicht gefallen hat waren die Anmeldeformalitäten. Zum einen sehr umständlich zum ausfüllen und zum anderen wurden mehr persönliche Daten als notwendig abgefragt.

Der Aufenthalt war ok aber auch nicht mehr. Zum Beispiel hätte bei Buchung ein Hinweis auf Fastnachtfeierlichkeiten im Hotel erfolgen können. Positiv herausgestellt werden kann, der Wellnessbereich welcher echt nett ist.

Es ist ein schönes Wellness Hotel, guter Service, Einrichtung ist OK Wellness und Gym ist gut Ausgestattet, Frühstück ist reichlich und gut. Abendessen ist auch sehr gut und man kann dort gut verweilen.

Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel und können es gerne weiter empfehlen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und im hauseigenen Restaurant gibt es ganz leckeres Essen. Die Betten empfanden wir als etwas zu hart aber das ist wohl Geschmackssache. Das Froschkonzert vom Teich ist auch die ganze Nacht zu hören , da muss das Fenster geschlossen bleiben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Petsonal sehr bemüht und such sehr höflich. Leider konnten nicht alle so gut deutsch. Die Renoviering der Zimmer loegt schon lämger zurück. Das Essen war sehr gut und preisgerecht.

Leider keine 4 Sterne, Zimmer war schön, da einiges gemacht wurde(Boden Bett), kann man aber von einer Junior Suite auch erwarten, jedoch Dusche uralt, Balkon Fliesen locker, Balkongeländer müsste gestrichen werden. Gartenterrasse Mobiliar abgewohnt. Da ein Abkühlbecken bei der Sauna fehlt, tummeln sich die Gäste nackt im Pool! Umgebung viel Natur, schöner Teich, aber weg vom Schuss, minimum 20 Minuten zum Reservat Spreewald.

Sehr schöne Außenanlagen . Saunagäste gehen ungeduscht in die Schwimmbecken . Die Fahrräder sind schrottreif . 4 Sterne sehen für mich anders aus , Alles sehr abgewohnt .

Gesamtes Ambiente sehr ansprechend. Küche gut ,Portionen ausreichend. Preise entsprechend der Kategorie. Die Betten sind zwar gut aber zu niedrig und das Körperteil nicht verstellbar. Weiter zu empfehlen .
